I am from Florida, and I was recently in town for my best friends wedding. When I flew in I heard from the bride that there was a fiasco of sorts with the cake she initially ordered, and she needed a cake on the fly or else Id have to step in and do it. Being in the bridal party and already busy with a million other tasks, scrambling to get things done just a few days before the wedding (and not wanting to make the cake myself), I called EVERYWHERE. Literally NO ONE could do what the bride wanted, or I couldnt even reach a person at all. But then, I stumbled upon Stone House Sweets number and called them with little expectation. I was absolutely elated when they agreed to do a wedding cake with just a few days notice. While Im sure they dont recommend calling in wedding cakes days before the event (it was a smaller naked cake, but still), it was as if we had placed the order with them months prior. There was no bad service for being rushed, and I was even met with compassion on the phone with the manager/owner. The cake was FANTASTIC and everything we could have asked for and more. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who loves some good cake and good service. 5++++++ stars from this gal.

Beth was referred to me by my sister in law and Im so glad she was! She and her staff did an amazing job with our wedding Cake , Grooms cake and Guest Cupcakes. We arrived and were both blown away with how lovely our cake was as well as our cupcake stand and my personal fave. The cake she and I designed together for Kurt. Beth did an amazing job, from consultation to week of wedding! She delivered and set it all up for us. I know her behind the scenes work and this time of year with graduations galore was very busy but she made my day a priority and Im so glad we went with her. SHS is affordable, local and the 3 items we had: wedding cake, grooms cake and cupcakes were all Ahhhhhh-MAZING! All of our guests raved about the moist cake and the different flavors. Beth was a pleasure to work with. She was easy to correspond with, and made the reception that much better with a sweet treat for our guests. Everything was perfect! Stone House Sweets is highly recommended for events and receptions, birthdays and any event where cake is needed! They also have amazing coffee too, and certainly exceeded my expectations!!!

Really glad there is a coffee shop back in town, and what makes it even better, is that this is a nice, clean shop with awesome staff. The coffee is "crimson cup", which is quite good, and the shop sells a great selection of pastries and sweets. But the best thing about Stone House Sweets: the hours! Finally a coffee shop that doesnt close at 6pm! Summary: Great coffee, great people, and great hours of operation.

Love the coffee, service, and employees but the goods are overpriced. Moved out of Englewood but still travel through and make my frozen coffee stop. Im just a homemade taste person when it comes to bakery and confections. Everything looks nice but still has that big store taste to me. Do love the frozen coffee! Cant find anything close where I live!!

No happy with how my cake turned out. Pictures on their site display amazingly decorated cakes. When we received our cake the lettering was crooked, they missed half of the emblem. Walmart did a similar cake for my father-in-law and it was decorated wonderfully. At least I know it will taste great. I hope.

Got a yellow birthday cake decorated with flowers and a chocolate fathers day cake with a Harley Davidson emblem on top. Both were delicious and moist. We have also had their fabulous muffins and cream puffs. Will return often and get cakes for our celebrations.
