I never write bad reviews but I think my experience is worthy of one. Was a bad experience from the start... took 35 minutes to sit 5 of us and there were tables open. Finally got sat and the server was around so little that I forgot what she even looked like. Waited 20 minutes just to get a water because she never came to the table for me to even ask. When we started getting our food I was the last one waiting and when I turned around my food was sitting in the window but she started cashing out other tables instead of bringing me my food when I was a foot away. There were probably 8 servers on and you never saw any of them on the floor because they were all standing around the food window chatting. And when they did decide to check on their tables they were apologizing to every single one about the poor service. My friend asked for toast. TOAST and it took 15-20 minutes. The server said "sorry I didnt even charge you because its cold now"....didnt offer to get him fresh toast just took the $0.99 toast off his bill like that was such a big favor. I couldnt even tell you who the server was because she didnt tell us her name. Wont be giving that place my business again lol. Maybe get servers that can handle a breakfast rush. Or at least care to try. I wouldnt have minded if we at least saw them all busting their butt but they were MIA the whole experience.

they did not accept my coupon. when i emailed to ask why, i was told it shouldve been accepted, and the mgr would call & apologize. he did, then promised to send 2 gift certificates for meals...I did not ask for them but he insisted saying they have had problems & he was put there to fix them...6 months later, no coupons. I sent an email to follow up, was called again, & promised the same with the same results. The food is adequate, but I was inconvenienced & lied to more than once, I no longer frequent this location

Dirty both outside and inside. Silverware was dirty and had to ask to have it replaced, plus food on the floor under the tables. Hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground as you walk in. Thought we would give it a try, but overall disappointed. It all starts with better management. The brightest star was our server Salena!

No longer returning!! Someone had to find our waitress today just so we could get something to drink and not once did she come to check on us. But when the manager had her and another girl put wrapping paper on the wall picture it was like she couldnt move fast enough.

The first time I went here, the omelette I ordered got me sick. Today I decided to give it a second chance. I get that holiday hours make it busy but when we got our food, it was barely warm. The only thing keeping me from rating one star was the amazing server!!

This is the most disgusting place Ive ever eaten at my SALAD was a completely messed up like how do you screw up a salad its the most easiest thing to do if I wanted a screwed up salad I wouldve gone to a homeless shelter the server was great

I went to ihop friendly environment. Nice, allway offering cold or hot beverage , food is excellent turkey club was good fresh and i tried steak and eggs excellent me and my husband enjoyed. Ourselves. Clean will be back again

Food is good most times. Prices are comparable to other like restaurants. Extremely clean place. We have a favorite waitress that we try to ask for. She goes out of her way to give a great IHOP experience.
