We waited 30 minutes after order was taken by server but the food never came. The manager was playing friends with our server and she didnt want to do any work. After taking the order she never came back to our table, although we saw her walking around avoiding customers. He was showing her favoritism but the rest of the staff was doing her share of the work. She was useless to customers and her coworkers and she should probably get out of the food service industry she wouldnt even be good as a hostess. The manager needs to be trained on how to separate work and play and his customers and staff will be happier. I will not return there if conditions persists.

Walked in was seated very quickly. Placed order for drinks around 4 minutes passed and our drinks were delivered. Upon receiving the drinks we places our order for food. After the waitress left the table we began talking, and taking note of who came in and got sat down after us. 40 minutes passed in which 3 of 4 people who entered the restaurant and were seated after us got thier food and began eating . With no one being able to give any kind of useful information after where our food was, how long it would be , or why our order had been delayed. We decided to leave and honestly will most likely be my last visit to this establishment.

Server was nice. Food was not. Ordered pancakes which were small about 4 to 5 inch and came on a small saucer of a plate. Scrambled eggs came out runny and again a small portion. Hash browns were mostly warm and portion about the size of a slice of cheese. Sausage was bland and mostly warm. The portion size wouldnt bother me if it was a 5 or 6 dollar special bit it was full price at around 9 dollars. The food, after waiting, came out warm not hot. All in all, not the best experience not sure if I would go back.

Theres good days and bad days. Food is typically made correctly but not always. Why is it so hard to find a place in Ocala that hires cooks that know how to cook eggs?? Theres been a couple waitresses that are nice and do their job but most of them seem run down and over worked which comes off as rude. If you ask for a condiment or item, your likely to wait a while or never receive it, even when they are not busy. Remember people, the cook is the one messing up your food not the waitress.

I loved taking my hos up here for some pancakes after making them exercise for 4 hours a day. You gots to be tough when you run girls like I do. Number one, I aint buying lard, so I aint selling it neither. Number two, I am not the man who listens to his bs sit around chomping bon bons and whining abgout how fat they are. F that, yo. Chyeah. Now I go to GAMERS HQ all by myself and eat pancakes while everyone in belleview who is worth half a feces is there playing GAMES SON!

Waiters was very friendly but when we received our breakfast we received the wrong pancakes that she had to take back because she said that she grabbed the wrong ones and that kind was for another customer and walked it over to theor table. We did not touch them but how did she not know that we did not because they were are our table for about 10 minutes. Other then that we love eating there.

I have visit this place twice and have no complaints about the food or the treat I have receive. Good Burgers very well done and great taste. Will be visiting soon again to try the breakfast. Will recommend this place to anybody. The place is very clean and organized but a little outdated in the inside and the outside as well. But what really matters is the Food and thats Perfect!

Just left 9/10 2016 at 8.20 pm with my small son. No one up front. After 5 minutes of waiting I sat myself. The waitress did manage to seat the people 5 after us. Almost 10 minutes after we arrived. Sat them and took their order without even speaking to me. After 15 minutes of being ignored we left.

After waiting over 10 minutes for any attention at all, we asked the waitress from the table across the aisle if we could even have some coffee. Without a word, she came back & slammed some down onto the table! I kid you not. Done deal! The restaurant was not especially busy either, mid morning.

Great food. The atmosphere sometimes feels like youre going to get bad service but you dont. They are extremely laid back when their slow so when they get a "Pop" in customers coming in they often become caught off guard and are trying to play catch up. Overall the food and music are on point.

First time eating there in awhile, pancakes crispy on the outside doughy on the inside, and what a shock to find coffee was $2.39 a cup, since there was no listing on the menu for a cup of coffee we assumed it came with the meal like it does in most places.We will NOT be returning

The worst food served!...really horrible...server was ok, but the good is awful!...no taste!... They either use old oil, or cheap oil!...my family was sick all day. Anyone one who thinks this food is good never went to a good restaurant!.. Even cracker barrel is better!

Unclean, slow service, and food didnt taste good. Sticky table. Womens bathroom only had one toilet working. Disliked the fact that the servers would stack full food plates, one on top of each other, on their arms so food was touching bottom of other plates.

Thought kids ate free on Monday nights, the website says it but apparently thats not so. The waiter tried to give my mom a cup of coffee with lipstick already on the side if the cup......just freaking nasty!!

Love eating here its always so good and affordable, especially as a teen with friends. The waitress did seem to disregard us and not give us the full attention she was giving other, older, customers.

Staff was fine. My bacon almost wasnt done, the coffee was not hot so we asked for more. We didnt get 2 full cups out of the carafe anyhow. Good port in a rain storm tho.

Food was okay but nothing that I would race back for. Customer in booth behind me kept slamming into the back of the booth which jarred me everytime.
