My husband loves Coldstone so for his birthday I decided to get him an ice cream cake. A gentleman took my order over the phone so I was confident everything would be perfect. I set a pick up time of 11 in the morning. Upon arriving after 1 in the afternoon the woman behind the counter greeted me and said she would grab the cake. After a few minutes she came out and told me the cake was not finished and that she needed to finish icing the cake. I was upset at this point since I had ordered the cake two weeks prior to his birthday. After waiting about a half hour the woman brought out the cake. She opened it to ask me if the icing looked okay. This is when I found that the cake was not the right size nor shape. I was again upset because I did not want to have to pay more money for something that I did not originally order. The woman was nice enough to discount the cake and apologized and besides the cake being wrong in size and shape the outside looked right, so I took the cake and left. When it was time to eat the cake I came to find it was not anything I asked for on the inside! I was so upset! The next day I called the store and asked for a manager only to be told there was not one present. It was the middle of the day! The guy that answered the phone then asked if I wanted the managers number. I work in management so I declined finding that unprofessional, though it could be a work cell phone? I finally got a hold of the assistant manager, explained my situation and was told that she would get in touch with the franchise manager to see what they could do. My husbands birthday was the third of November and it is now December 30th. I suppose that there will be no resolution. I will never order a cake from this location again. I can only trust them to make my ice cream in front of me.

I love this Cold Stone location, its in a great shopping area and right next to Krogers so you can grab some delicious desert after some shopping or even eating at a local restaurant nearby. They also have outdoor seating available which is nice. The other location nearby you will find yourself sitting outside on the curb due to limited seating options.

Well if you like chocolate milkshakes with pieces of METAL, by all means try this ColdStone location. They clearly dont give any proper maintenance to their equipment! How about hygiene? NONE! If I could give 0 stars I would! Im NEVER EVER going back to this ColdStone! I attached a picture!

Great help! Custom made milkshake and a couple of laughs as well. Easily the best milkshake Ive ever experienced. Yes, it was so good it was a life experience. 5 scoops Oreo filling ice cream, 3 scoops crushed Oreos, 1 scoop white chocolate chips.

I stopped by this cold stone with a family of 3. We ordered ice cream and the worker that made the ice cream did not mix the topping in. And the carmel apple had a unusual taste and discoloration in the middle.....
