I would not recommend going to this Baskin Robins in pontiac here is why every time I go there they are out of everything I want I was there on Sunday September 6th at about 10:40 pm I went to order a banana split and they never have banana okay fine so I decide to get their version of a blizzard so I ask for a oreo and Reese one with a nasty additude we dont have no oreos okay fine so I said then I will have strawberries instead of the oreos then I got a really nasty additude telling me no your not getting strawberries because Im not getting messy for no one I said to her well your out of everything else I wanted so this is what I want she said oh well Im not going to do it and started blaming management for not having what I wanted so I asked for her name and I was not able to call until today I will see what will happen probably nothing but at least I got to tell about my bad experience I had I will be going to Stone Cold Creamery on Woodward ave for now on.

Ordered cake online Monday to pick up Saturday for birthday and paid online with cc. Saturday...cake wasnt there, store had order but doesnt show paid, and Manager cant help resolve, was told we have to wait 2 weeks until the owner comes back from vacation to fix this....and the MANAGER is upset at our irritation and starts waving their hands and saying "whatever" to us when we press them for some resolution...NEVER going back again. Worst customer service EVER! For a $36 order, they lost a customer for life.

Limited selection; dont expect them to have whatever "flavor of the month" commercial the company is running. The owner of this store has decided such things are a waste of time, apparently. Find another location or go to Cold Stone on Woodward and Sq Lake. Many more options than this waste of time.

Ice cream was ok but its not hard to fill a waffle cone. Sunday was fine but nothing special. For $21 I would like my 4 items to be ready in under 15mins. Workers are very friendly!

Like there ice cream.....but they no longer serve soft serve.....probably wont be back. Use to love there 31 below options.

Came late Labor Day night and received slow service and to top it all our milkshakes were milk so we had to wait longer
