This bar experience started out like any bar experience would, two bartenders rushing around doing there thing a couple people at the bar a couple at the tables. Seemed legit enough. My first drink was made super weak, but I thought maybe it was just me. My second drink the same kind of drink seemed to have some sort of mint citrus taste and lacking alcohol all together.When I expressed my concern to the bartender she said she made it just like the last bartender did. After stating that it may be all in my head another patron beside me wanted to try it. His response was that it did not taste like that it tastes like it should. After this I looked to the bartender and told her I was sorry and could not drink it. She simply just said "I made it exactly as she did". Now that is just fine but then she did not offer to remake it, get me another drink, or even care to have any empathy.If I pay 5.00 for a specialty drink and you dont know how to make it thats fine just tell me and ill walk you through it. The thought crossed my mind that if you carry a fully stocked bar you better be prepared to make anything. If you dont know just tell me Ill order something else or tell you whats in it. And on top of that Im pretty positive that they just keep there variety of vodkas filled with water to full the drunks into paying for it. Shame on me for letting you gross me on a drink that I believe had no alcohol. Shame on them for not doing business correctly. I work with the public daily and make every effort to make sure I treat everyone as I want to be treated. I would have at least said " Hey maybe you would just like us to make a different drink, considering I took three sips and even said it may just be me. Overall Im highly disappointed in the customer service and the bar itself. The only way I would return to this bar is if I was going to order bottled beer. and even then they would probably serve me a miller when asking for a bud. So if you are a person that works hard for your money and likes to spend it on things you deserve and are worth the money you made GO ELSE WHERE! But if you like craptastic things go there for sure !

I had a bad experience with Nicks on Tusc across the parking lot to this Pub. The bartender working was amazing in trying to help my car not get towed. The parking lot that is attached to this Pub is not Factorys street. Do not park there. The owner at Nicks refused to ask us to move, and just called the tow with in 30 mins of arriving. My only request is to educate your guest better. You can not fix an awful owner, but you could help keep your guests informed. Maybe a sign on your side of the building that says "The owner of Nicks on Tusc is a grumpy man and will have you towed. Please park across the street." :) Thank you for your good hearted bartender, he went above and beyond to help.

I work for the best regulars, the best owner, and the best bar in Tuscarawas County. Ill give you that my review may be slightly biased, but I enjoy every minute I spend here, and everyone I spend it with. Come in, have fun, and enjoy an atmosphere that asks nothing of you but that you can appreciate a good time when it stares you in the face and hands you a drink.

I love this bar! slightly haunted its like 120 year old building. I saw a young man in jeans and a flannel standing in the back when I worked there washing dishes in high school.

40 minutes to get food after ordering with less than 5 people total in the whole place, dont come here if you are in a hurry. Food was mediocre at best.

We stood there for 5 mins and no one even acknowledged we were there. 3 bartenders and the place was half full. What a shame!
