By far this had to be the worst restaurant experience I have had in my 4 years in Seminole County. I cant comment on the food because I never ate anything. I can comment on the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. After spending 2 hours ringing the bell for the salvation army, my buddy suggested we check out twin peaks. We walk in at 845pm. When I go-to the hostest she asks for my phone# so they can text me when my table is ready. I asked if it was possible to not give my # to them. She said sure just sit over there and we will call you when your table is ready. I said thats fine, may I look at a menu while I wait, the hostest said she will bring me one. My friend and I sit down and wait. Now the waiting area is right in the entrance. Outside the entrance is where the smokers go to light up. With the doors held wide open, this makes waiting uncomfortable for a non smoker like myself. Cigarette smoke was just pouring in the entrance where we sat. 15 mins go by and we still have not gotten a menu. We have been the only people waiting in the waiting area for about 5 mins. At the 30 min mark and seeing 3 different groups of people 2-5 in the respective parties get seated immediately my friends says hes going to Winghouse. There is a Winghouse in the same complex. I wait another 10 mins to give the benefit of doubt to the location. After waiting 45 mins I walk up to the counter and see on the digital screen they have 14 tables available and 10 being cleared. So youre telling me with 25 tables you cant seat me? The dining area is not even 50% full! I ask to speak with a manager. A gentleman comes out and I calmly explain my disappointment. He immediately comes up with an excuse, of there system is designed for phone #s. I follow up with I dont have a phone. I got a blank deer in headlights look. I asked what happen when someone does not have a phone. He makes another excuse. Followed by 3 more excuses when I poke holes in his logic. My advice, when confronted by an upset customer, never make excuses. Listen to what they have to say, apologize if needed and come up with a resolution. Never make up an excuse when your service is poor. It just makes you look incompetent and foolish. Guys Im a male in my 30s who knows a lot of people! I am the customer you want to keep for life. So here is what I can Promise, 1. I will never spend a penny of my own money at this location 2. If I am having an event in the future this location will not get any business from me. 3. If this location is mentioned as a spot for an event I will be vocal about this experience. Again Im not sure how you could have done so poorly as a first introduction, and your manager was more interested in telling me how well you are doing then acknowledging my concerns. If one person reads this and goes somewhere else then maybe you will care more about your customers. Good luck to you

First off let me just say that it pains me to write this review because I really liked Twin Peaks, but I can not be a loyal customer any longer. Ive visited Twin Peaks several times and it has always been an enjoyable experience. I was first introduced to the twin peaks brand on a visit to Tennessee a couple of years back and was pleasantly surprised to find one here in Altamonte Springs, Fl. Last week my family and I gathered to go watch the NBA Finals game between the Cavs and the Warriors. I met up with my family and they told me that the service was really slow and that it was taking a long time to get anything. I placed an order and it did take a while, but we just kept enjoying ourselves and getting into the game. As the night went on we ordered a few drinks and the waitress messed up our order, but we just took them anyway because we figured they were real busy. During the last quarter of the game, we ordered again and our waitress once again brought back the wrong drinks. We told her we wanted our original drinks and she wrote it down and left. She once again was taking an extraordinarily long time, so we waved to one of the staff members and explained to him our issue. At that time there was a manager who came over and started talking with us. We explained to him that we just wanted them to take the wrong order back and bring us our original drink order. He then proceeds to tell us that we arent allowed to drink anymore because he thought we were going to be drinking and driving. I understand that being a concern, but we are responsible adults and we took an Uber ride there and we were also going to take an Uber back. We were just trying to watch the game and have a good time responsibly. What bothered me the most is that when we tried explaining to him that we were taking an Uber back, he was not listening to us at all. He already had preconceived notions of us being irresponsible people. We had receipts to prove that we had an Uber and he just kept saying that we couldnt prove it when we clearly had proof! So of course his response agitated us and he ended up kicking us out of the bar because we were trying to explain to him the situation. He gave us no chance. He mentioned that one of his servers had complained about us which I still dont understand why because we were nice to her. She was the one getting our orders wrong! We were just trying to get our correct orders! The manager did not even listen to the paying customers side of the story. I will not be going back to twin peaks. They have the worst waitresses and managerial customer service I have ever experienced.

We have been to this location several times and have had a great time. This occasion we came in around 1:15am. Yes I know thats within the hour they close and a crappie thing to do but still within business hours and we would not have stayed after 2. It was a group of 7 and we really wanted to sit at a table so we could all talk and have a drink or 2 . We were told we couldnt have a table because there were no servers available and that the bar was open seating. Have you ever sat 7 people at a bar were it was easy to have a conversation and still have your drinks accessible comfortably? I think not. We really pressed for a table and the next excuse was the kitchen was closing in 10 min. So now we wouldnt be able to order food at 1:25 at a place that closes at 2?? Thats messed up but ok, that was not a problem. We didnt want food we just wanted to sit so we could face each other and have a drink or 2 . We told the lady that was fine we didnt want food just to sit and talk with each other. Again, the message of the bar was open seating was told to us again. We felt like we had no option and sat uncomfortably at the bar, had one drink a piece and then were ushered out by 1:45. I understand having a group come in so late and it being an inconvenience but if you are open till 2 then be open till 2! Otherwise change your hours to close at 1 or 1:30. :(
