My family and I have been to other Froggers locations before. However, this was our first time at this location which is within minutes from our home. First of all, it was Tuesday 6:40 PM, we were going to sit on some very spacious area near the bathroom and kitchen, which would have been convenient since we were with our young daughter. However, we were asked to move because they were setting the area for Poker night. We obliged. And we found a cozy table by the window on the other side of the restaurant. The view of Pearl Lake was very peaceful. Little did we know that next to us was going to start the bean bag toss and the annoying, constant thud. We had already order our meal, so we stayed put. That was a big mistake for we were so far from the kitchen that our food was delayed and half warm, but also our server was missing in action most of the time we were there. A party at another table next to us, that sat there after we did, got their food before us and left before we were able to get our meal. According to the manager they were short staff in the kitchen and he gave us a discount, but the fact was that they didnt consider that we had young children with us. I also wanted to order another glass of wine before happy hour was over, but the waitress was nowhere to be found, then she came right after 7 PM. The meal ended up giving us heartburn. It was too greasy and cold. Its our first and last time. The other reviewers negative experience and comments are consistent with our experience.

Worst experience ever. Went for lunch today because its close to work. Arrived at 2:03pm. Our table ordered a salad with no Onion, tater tots and two orders of boneless wings. At 2:40 still no food. Asked the waitress and she told us that it takes a long time to cook boneless wings. Food finally comes out at about 2:45. At that time she informs us that the manager said that next time we come for lunch we should order from the To Go menu before we leave our office so that it can be ready by the time we get there. GREAT SOLUTION!! So the salad had onions (ordered it with no Onion) told the waitress that the salad had onions, she took it back. Did the manager on duty ever come over to talk to us. We had two issues and he never came over to say anything to us at all. Very BAD customer service. So then we ask for our bills, the salad was taken off but they charged me for the $2.95 tater tots. I had to eat tater tots for lunch because they couldnt get my order right and didnt have the common courtesy to just let me have the tater tots. We will never go there ever again. Will never recommend this place to anyone EVER!!! Weve been for lunch before and it always seems to take forever but today put the cherry on top of the cake for me. Whoever the General Manager is needs to send his staff to some customer service classes. They need lots of work!!!

Bad bad bad experience. Lowest rating. This place is nothing but a money hungry chain that has low satisfaction and poor quality food at high prices. We come for the $0.50 wings only. The blue cheese was terrible! It was like mayonnaise with a few crumbles mixed in. Not even sure if it was blue cheese despite what we were told. Wings we ordered as a cooking method of "grilled". They came out bone dry. When we asked the kitchen to put more sauce on they rudely said they would have to charge us. Now if I wanted to order dry wings with no sauce, Id have asked for no sauce, but we should have been warned before ordering that the grilled wings come out dry as a bone. Grilled in no way on its one implies the wings will be dry. It is a method of cooking not referring to amount of coating of sauce. The manager and servers werent very nice about it, in fact they were unapologetic. We still had to pay extra just to have a normal amount of sauce on our wings. We wont be back ever. This place is sad and sorry. Altamonte is going down hill with crappy places like this. Also I agree with previous posts that this place lacks an overall understanding (and desire?) to provide good customer service.

Worst Waitresses and servers I have ever seen. Came here on a Tuesday night with my brother to shoot pool and hang out and we were there for at least 3 hours. Not one time did a waitress come by and ask us if we wanted a drink. Not once. I noticed all of the waitresses walking by the whole time and I didnt notice them serve anyone. There was a blonde waitress who was just standing at a table with 2 guys for over an hour (didnt move) , and did NOT wait on anyone. I even stared at her for about 5 minutes and she still didnt acknowledge us or anybody else for that matter except the 2 guys she was talking to. It was ridiculous ! The people sitting at the bar next to us were laughing about it when I told them about it, and they knew what I was talking about. Do these waitresses make an hourly wage or tips, because it seemed like they didnt care at all. If i was an undercover boss I would have fired her right then. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

If I could rate this place any lower I would. The management is an absolute joke. I was here with my family and we had an issue with another guest shushing our kids while they where playing in the KIDS game section. We didnt want confrontation so we asked the manager to speak with her and completely ignored our requests and let the incident escalate. Since he failed to do his job we where forced to handle it ourselves. In the end we were asked to leave since apparently they are regulars and the manager took there side since we had to tell the lady ourselves to mind her own business or move to a different section away from the kids area. I myself am a manager in the customer service industry and I am appalled with the lack of professionalism displayed by these so called managers. I will never be returning to this establishment and I hope others with children will heed my warning as well. This is the worst run company I have ever seen in my life.

Usually amazing chicken tenders, The homemade ranch dressing is too die for! Sports bar feel, Biker friendly hangout spot. You can bring the kids, but hide your wife. =) Updated review: Service is better at the Oviedo location. Server Angela C. was very inattentive, our orders where switched, then taken to the back to be corrected, only to find out that they just poured extra sauce on our wings and brought them back to the table. My fries where drowning in Buffalo Sauce. She would ask if we where ok while walking by with her hands full. Angela catered to the other table she caught at the door to seat, which in turn she over seated herself. She stopped, greeted and hugged her friend with my drink in her hand. She spoke to my partner directly and ignored my request for a to-go box. Which I guess was a favor so I didnt think about the poor service received later. I will be calling to speak with a manager tonight.
