I didnt necessarily expect the sushi to be awesome, but still, for $2.50 per piece of nigiri I expected it to at least be good. I ordered tuna and instead of being a nice red, smooth piece of fish it was light pink and lumpy, and also pretty tasteless. Overall, very expensive and very disappointing.

Was quick, tasty, and not that expensive compared with other things at Universal. Very convenient to the upper-level IMAX exit. Had few vegetarian options, though.

This place is fast, clean nicely priced and the seaweed salad was amazingly fresh and tatsy with lots of tuna and siracha. Its my favorite salad. Good job guys.
