I like this place, but the new bar manager is trying to hard to be "tough." Ive been in town taking care of my Mom after surgery and Ive enjoyed coming here. But tonight I went there to meet up with a regular customer there that I like and the new "manager" was rude to me at least twice, and finally as I was leaving, I went over to a guy I had given the last of my beer because I didnt have time to finish it and her comment was that the door is "that" way, pointing to the door, my comment was I know where the fing door is and she and the "security" went NUTS!!!! I did not create the situation, and if not for my friend liking this place I would never go there again!!! The security person emphasized that they dont need my $$$ !!! Very poor business practices!!!!!

This place has a lot of tvs, pool tables and plenty of little stations to play darts either by yourself or with a group. There is a coin machine inside so bring a couple of dollars cash because pool cost (4)quarters a game and depending on which dart game you choose itll be either (2-3) per player. Theres a nice selection of draft beer and mixed drink options as well quick bites to eat. You cannot smoke inside however, there is a wooden deck in the front for you to bring your drinks and smoke.

Coots is a great place to meet up with friends, have a drink and relax. A very cool neighborhood bar also features some great food, featuring some of the best wings in the area! They deep fry them naked, then toss on the grill for some grill marks that adds the perfect char taste. Pitchers of domestic beer are only 5 bucks until 7pm! I frequent often and still remains one of my favorites despite the increasingly number of new places open, I still favor Coots!

I used to love this bar... It was my spot... I used to have dreams about the chicken wings... But the last 3 or 4 times Ive gone... The food has just been.... not great. And it makes me sad... Friday night... place is dead... and the service still sucks... Wings were dry and kind of gross... Sorry guys... but you need to tighten up... I wont be back for a while...

A great place to meet! Happy Hour is very affordable and they pour heavy. The Wings are fabulous - they fry them then toss them in your favorite sause THEN lay them on the grille. Just like Gator Docksides does. Wendy is our favorite Bartender. She is attentive and a friendly but knowledgeable person. So check it out! They are NOT CLOSED! MikeT

Great food, great dive bar atmosphere, atrocious service except the short blonde bartender and the two gentleman who bar tend weekend nights. If you dont mind waiting 25 minutes between drinks with an empty glass and at least 30-40 to get your check to cash out, I strongly recommend the food and the people watching is spectacular.

Our team plays Trivia here on Tuesday nights...Food is pretty good and reasonably priced. Trivia tons of fun, I just wish they could to e down the noise a bit so we can hear the questions for trivia better.
