To be fair, let me first say that our server was very nice (not extremely attentive, but nice none the less.) We walked into an empty BW3s early on a Monday afternoon. When I say empty, there were three tables in the entire restaurant with people sitting at them. We ordered drinks and appetizer, and wanted to look at the menu before ordering meals. Then we waited, and waited and waited. 20 minutes later we got our 3 drinks...no appetizer. Then placed our meal order. Another 25 minutes and still no meal, or appitizer. I grabbed our empty glasses and went to hunt down our very nice server for another round. I found another server sitting watching tv and asked for ours. She came over and we asked for another round and to see the manager. 10 minutes went by and we got up to leave and our server returned with our meals (no appetizer) and said the manager was cooking on the line...with 3 tables going in the entire restaurant?? At any rate, the manager said she would "take care of us" whatever that may mean, but we had no interest in complaining a free meal out of someone for poor service. I paid my 60.00 tab and tipped our server 15% for her, um effort. Wont be returning to this BW3s...and as for the short staffed dilemma, walking on the way out we spotted a table of servers wrapping silverware and a table of servers chatting. Sounds more like management took the day off.

Im giving it 3 stars because our wings were not bad but they are very stingy on their sauces they put on which made some of my boneless wings seem dry. When we placed our order we asked a question about my 6 year old daughters order. The waitress confirmed what it was we were wanting, then we placed our order. When they brought the food, my daughters was completely wrong and had to take it back. While we all sat there eating our dinner the waitress didnt even ask if she could bring her out something else to snack on or color until her food was ready. (We had been swimming so she was hungry) We finally get her food after my husband and I were completely done eating at this point, and it still wasnt what I had previously asked for! (Like most people, when we go out to eat we normally all like to eat at the same time.) After she came back to check on us I reminded her about what we ordered. She went and got a manager and took it off of our bill. After that I was just irritated and ready to go! I also think that their food is over priced for what you get. A small oder of wings was a little over $10 and doesnt even come with a side! Not sure if we will be back...

went to buffalo wild wings for the first time ever. waited almost 2 min. before we had someone look at us and she waited until another girl came back from the back for us to get seated.( There were only 3 other Families there and they were already seated). The food was barely warm and tasted OK at best. my mixed drink was mostly orange juice. the server didnt even wait on us to tell her what drink we was getting for our 1 year old son. his food was hardly warm he didnt even eat it and thats coming from a kid that will eat out of the trash if you dont watch him. everything was way over priced and I dont mind spending a lot of money on good food. I will not be going back to Buffalo Wild Wings again!

I gave stars for the waitress who made sure we had drinks and was friendly, and because not all the food was bad. We started with the Tailgaiting Sampler. I didnt like a couple items, and he didnt like a couple items...but because we liked what the other didnt, it wasnt wasted and therefore we were kinda happy. Husband enjoyed his meal, but didnt eat it all because I stopped eating. I had an onion ring burn me from the grease and the sauce used on my food was too hot to handle, also my chicken was cold. Bad combination. Last time we ate at a BWW was last year, and decided we wont try again till next year! Our local shops have better wing sauce, better food, and at better prices!

Our waitress was great, but the food was ridiculous. I ordered "buffalo mac and cheese"as I usually would, and there was hardly enough to cover the bottom of the plate, Ive never seen so much of a difference in portions before. It didnt really even bother me enough to complain at the time. But I ordered the artichoke dip to go. When I got home I opened the box and there were plenty of pita chips but the cup of artichoke dip was nearly empty and looked like someone had eaten half of it . I dont think well be back.

Decent place, "fast food" wings that are way over priced (along with the beers). Only reason to go here if you are hanging with your bros & want to watch sports on 15 big screens, then again this one seems like a more family restaurant than other BW3 Ive been to, so I would guess not much yelling or cheering when the games are on.

My fiance accidentally placed an order at the wrong store the manager and i believe the host, jessica were a huge help in correcting the problem. They took my order and before it was even sent the manager was dropping it in the back for us. It was awesome service and great speed. I only waited for about 4 minutes maybe 5 !!!

Ive been there several times with a friend and weve alway had good service. Today I went with my Mom, who is gluten free, and they were willing work with her to get her something to eat that wouldnt make her sick. They even told her they could fry the fries in a different fryer so there wouldnt be any cross contamination

Wow the company should really take a look at this place. Its giving other bw3 a bad name. Ive been alot of bw3 from Texas to Ohio and this is the worst. I did not order dry wings and all 40 of them I had to ask for more sauce. And the waitress needed to check on us more them twice. New Philadelphia Ohio.

Love this place!!!! Awesome place to take kids out to eat!! Kids can have games to play while you watch whatever games r playing on the multiple TVs. Food is great!!! Not a big wing eater until I tried wings here! Now i love them!!! Very clean resturaunt and gave always had a nice waiter/ waitress.

Chicken wings arent bad. Server talked me into celery but did not tell me it would cost to have the item. The prices are quite high for everything on the menu. I do like that you can play trivia. Theres an abundance of televisions for people who love to watch sports and eat.

Great job at being average. Staff is nice but very focused on tasks. Food is OK but way overpriced and no great specials. TVs and beer on top are excellent. Owners of this chain have a huge opportunity. Might want to review your business plan. Keep trying.

Just picked up my 29 doller order boneless wings jojos and mushrooms wings had barely any sauce but what really upset me was the celery I got was bad enough to ruin my appetite...nothing like putting spoiled vegies in your mouth I all most puked....:(
