I had walked into this coffee house/subway to potentially buy a sub; however, before hand, I chose to get some ice water, which of course, has never been a problem with any of the employees, even when the manager/owner is on duty (Jeff). To reiterate: I was told to get the hell out after the owner incriminatingly said to me, " dont put pop in that." I replied that I was just getting ice-water. I was offended that I was being profiled incriminatingly, and under such arbitrary context (I wear a god damned Hollister coat). Post to this event happening I was told in such raw context to," Get the hell out." - but not shortly after a snarky, sarcastic thank you for my service of using the ice machine. It is apparent that some people are prone to stereotype; and cop a negative fixation of someone who uses the ice-machine before ordering food. It is such an awful fixation that we are all criminals- those of us who use the ice-machine- that we conclusively are forged to commit such heinous crimes ( such as, once again, using the god-darned ice-machine). It is said in the description that this place is essential in fundamentals that you can "relax over your meal with a fresh cup of the finest coffee in the area"; and, while this is not necessarily true, the one thing that is- you will get a free, subsequent discourteous, disparaging, insulting, one-look-quickly-judgded-book, welcome. I will not be bringing my service back here because Id rather not be incriminated while indulging over the course of a subway meal- or, of course, the free ice water. Five dollars is not worth Jeff considering you a criminal. I will not bring my business back here, and I do not recommend anyone else does either; so, everyone, give a nice big warm welcome to the sensitive princess behind the counter! ( not to mention: I have seen roaches here on several occasion.)

Really good Subway. Shares space with Urban Coffee. They are always clean and inviting. They make excellent sandwiches and dont skimp on the toppings. Its my Subway of choice in the greater Columbus area.

The PB mocha freeze is amazing and worth the 15 min drive from Westerville! But they should put one in Westerville so I dont have to drive so far!

They used to brew Stauffs coffee here, which was really good. They now brew Crimson Cup, which isnt all that great.
