Great Starbucks location! I make it a point to stop here specifically every time Im up that way. The crew is the fastest ive ever seen, they whip up a green tea frap in less than 5 minutes. The last time I was in there I didnt even have time to read the info on the back of the coffee bags on the promo shelf before they were done, and so far I have never had to wait in line there. I mean, I love Starbucks, but this is the best one Ive visited so far.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to answer a simple question that Id had about two cookies that theyd just began carrying. He was so kind to answer the question with his honest and true opinion. I regret that I do not recall his name to give him a true kudos. I have a true appreciation for those in the customer service industry who treat people with the kindness and respect that they wish to be treated with, themselves.

This isnt the first time Ive had problems with this location. I am LACTOSE INTOLERANT, and today I found them making my drink in a milk container. I have to ask for soy drink with no whip cream. I want everyone to beware because Ive gotten sick from this location before!!! I live Starbucks but this location isnt doing business right.

I love the mobile app ordering. My office is just 3 minutes from the drive thru. People are always friendly. However, last two times in a row I only got half the cup I paid for. Very, very frustrating, especially considering the price.

The staff immediately received us as soon as we walked in the door and we had our drinks within 5 minutes of walking in the door. The drinks were good, the staff was friendly and the service was quick.
