Waited 10-15 minutes for a standard coffee drink and a hot chocolate while 6 or 7 drive-thru orders processed. Dont know how they would have handled it if the inside was busy.... there was no one ahead of us when we ordered. Disappointing.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to and the slow pace is a regular thing. Customer service is nice but waiting 10-15min on a regular basis is an issue. This bux needs some work!

Been to better shops. This one is small and tight and when it gets busy, its not as comfy as most other stores. Drive thru line is always long.

Always busy location, I would stop by only time I have some spare time and be lazy to go another starbucks 3 miles away.

Friendly service. Barista explained soy milk process, that they only heat to 130 so it doesnt burn.
