Today my friend Larry took me to the Carvery for the first time! I ate the MOST AMAZING Prime Rib sandwich EVER created!!! The ciabatta bread is to die for!!! The meat was fresh and juicy! It melts in your mouth!!! The creamy southwest pasta salad was a perfect pairing! The staff blew me away and the atmosphere is great! Clean, great music, awesome decor and floor plan. I love the fact that you can watch them make your food right in front of you! The smell of roasted yumminess in the air is enough to make you go into a food coma. And the prices were great! Hands down my new favorite lunch spot! Thank you Carvery for sharing your little taste of Heaven!!! If the Prime Rib sandwich was a person… I would marry it! – Anna B.

Hands down one of the best sandwich shops in the city! Whenever Im craving one the Carvery is the first to come to mind. My favorite is the Panchetta with muenster cheese added to it! The Ranch Hand Chicken is also delicious.. Not a fan of the Korean BBQ..didnt taste Korean whatsoever, more so like a Philly. Staff is also always very nice. I recommend either going before or after lunch rush.. & parking may be tough at times - only on street available.

Nice selection of thick cut, butcher style sandwiches. Rotating selection of sandwiches which keeps the place from being boring. Lines can be long during weekday lunch hours, but mostly because the sandwiches keep people coming back! Atmosphere inside is very nice, but can feel cramped when busy. Service is usually quite fast and have never had an issue with accuracy (however, I have only ever ordered in person at the register).

The chef is some sort of mad scientist, because everything I try blows me right away. I havent had anything I didnt like yet, and my girlfriend has been working for the company for almost two years and they treat her nicely and respectfully! Try anything pork by them. It will make you want to slap yo mama!

This sandwich shops menu changes based on the season. A number of sandwiches do not rotate, and are available year-round, like their "porchetta" roast pork sandwich. The sides rotate too. Beer and canned soda available. Cookies usually available for a sweet bite.

I love this place! The food is made from scratch each day and they have a wide variety of options. Great sandwiches that rotate seasonally. I dont have a favorite sandwich because I have to keep trying new ones, but I have never been disappointed.

Really great lunch spot! It was refreshing to find a place that actually serves real carved turkey and not turkey lunch meat. The sandwich was very tasty. I will definitely be back to try the meatball sandwich.

Actual carved meat, not lunch meat. Theyll wrap your sandwich in lettuce for non-bread eaters too. Good way to get a better than standard sandwich. Be warned, youll never want Subway again.
