Good food bad service. Not sure if the staff working there was tired or just didnt want to work there. They were pushy, and a bit rude. They had a bad attitude. One staff member didnt understand that you could have a steak and cheese sub NOT toasted, she even asked me "Do you still want that heated?" (I personally am not sure if you can even have a steak and cheese cold.) Heck, she never even asked me if I wanted it toasted or not, she just assumed I did. Cant forget to mention that she put my order on a different bread (Probably miscommunication, so I wont fully blame her there.) The other girl working there didnt want to be there, and was really pushy; as I started saying what veggies I wanted she immediately asked me "What else?" Which is ok, except when repeated after every item. I felt rushed and didnt want to be there anymore. I did not feel welcome. [3/6/17] {7pm}

Employees seem miserable. I did not feel welcome there. They were unfriendly, spoke quietly and seemed unmotivated. I got the impression that customer service was not their top priority. Excuse my language, but the workers seemed like bitches. And this has happened on more than one occasion. I think Ill try another location next time.

Thry put much smaller portions than other locations. They have absolutly disgusting customer service & she claimed to be the manager.

if your hours are posted that you are open until nine, you should be opened till nine. Very frustrating
