Went there today for a quick take out salad. Saw a photo of a great salad on the counter and said "Ill have that". They took my name to put in the order. I waited and waited for my order. At one point, they put a bag on the counter, shouted some type of salad. I hesitated, since they didnt call my name. At that point, a woman next to me took the bag, looked in it and walk away with it. After a full 15 minutes, someone finally asked me about what I was waiting for. At which time we realized the woman earlier took my order. There had also been a bowl of soup sitting there. One employee said "why is this still here? its been there for two hours?" My order was remade and was finally ready after 15 minutes. Why do they ask your name then not call it for your order? Got back to work 15 minutes late. Salad was pretty good , pulled a large piece of the core from the lettuce out if it. Disorganized, took way too long. Off-putting experience.

I had a small problem ordering a turkey sandwich, where the turkey was accidentally left off of my sandwich, but after calling in and explaining my situation, their team took care of me and gave me a second sandwich (this time with the turkey) and all was well. I understand that small mistakes happen from time to time, but they solved the problem without hesitation. This Panera has an exemplary staff and they always make sure to take excellent care of their customers.

A nice place to sit and relax with a decent meal. The restaurant was clean and service was friendly and attentive. Granted I could have spent the same amount of money at a nice restaurant, this was close to my hotel on a cold and rainy night.

Ordered a panini with bacon chicken and spinach today. Just got it delivered and it came with no bacon or spinach looking very pitiful. Quite upset with the level of service I received today.

Your average Panera. Good food and relaxed atmosphere however it is always cold inside. A decent number of power outlets if you need them.

Order a Turkey Bacon Bravo, one piece of bacon on the sandwich, have been there twice in the evening each time sandwiches are poorly made

Other than a small parking area, this Panera didnt seem too much different that any of the others that Ive visited in Ohio. Nice place.
