So I walk into this place with a sack in my hand and a water bottle. The guy at the counter off-duty employee looks at me and tell me theres no public restrooms. I asked the the guy behind the counter the owner son or nephew is there no restrooms. They said its only for customers only. So I asked how do you not know that Im a customer. The guy behind the counter gets louder so you know what the restrooms are out of order to End discussion. So I took my money down to Panera. Terrible customer service. Now there is a Subway few blocks down inside of Nationwide Childrens hospital I would suggest you go there.

Sub was good. But when I ordered the chicken ,bacon and ranch footlong they didnt put the 8 pieces of cheese on it but only 3 (which is standard at every subway). Didnt put the extra olives and banana peppers on it and asked me again like they didnt hear me. And put a drizzle of sauce it. Plus charged me 3 dollars more than any other subway. Never visiting this subway again.

JERRY!!!!!! This is our Subway, we hit it up during the summer before taking the boys to a local swimming hole to relax during summer break. Our man Jerry is a blast and he pretty much knows what we are getting as soon as we walk in. Great food, good for you and great service. What more can you ask for?

I tried to call this place and I was told by a broken english person that I was to unblock my number and call back.. I NEVER HEARD OF THIS!!! But I did it and then I called back again and the same uneducated idiot kept hanging up on me. I guess he is the manager.

Complete crap, takes forever to make the food, the food is subpar, by then its cold. Half the employees cant speak english well at all and those that seem to have accents so thick they can barely be understood. Im done going to that one.

First let me say cleanliness. Very clean store. Huge dining area for any resteraunt, especially a subway. Friendly sandwich artists and even a drive-thru. Just minutes from Nationwide Childrens and downtown.

I am fan of subway. These people serve amazing bread ( Sub) filled with fresh vegetable and patty along with choice of sauces. Put high quantity of sauce and feel the amazing taste. Value for money.
