If I could give no stars I would Ive never been treated so poorly by staff or management in my life my husband and myself stop here every time where in town I used to love this place we went on 8/19/16 around 6 pm there wasnt hardly anyone there at that time we were seated by the hostess who didnt look very professional and was quit rude towards myself she said she would be back in a min to get out drink order well 15 min later she came back asked if we were ready to order our meal I asked if we could get our drinks and she said him well I guess I told her I had gotten a coupon in my email id like to use she was like just give me the number off of it I did she brought our drinks said she was going to cash out the people behind us and would be back again 15 min later she was back now are you ready to order we did and still at that time you werent really busy when she brought out our food the same time we received our cold appetizer my drink was empty asked for a refill she brought one for my husband but not me i asked her if I could get one and some more sweet in low she brought it back slammed it on the table and went to take the order from the party of 8 that came in behind us the lady from that party asked her if she could have a side of ranch and her response was really you think thats going to help wtf who does that she came back to or table took our plates said well do you want a box I said yes please again a nasty comment she came back with our bill that was wrong asked for it to be fixed said shed do it when she run the coupon then she never comes back has what I assume is the manager come over and say sorry we cant fix this our take your coupon I asked why not he said well because you used it all ready I said I just got it today showed him the e mail and he said I dont know what to tell you lady it was used on the 8/11/16 at the other location I asked him how thats possible I had just got it yesterday he run my info and said we can still get you your points I told him no I wanted my credit and my coupon he said to bad I cant help you nothing I can do took and ran out card for 54.83 and a nice 5.00 tip that was added after the fact my bill should have only been 40.83 well needless to say Ive called my bank to get that taken care of so watch your cards

I recently moved in with my boyfriend to Polaris and we received a $10 off gift certificate in the mail to Smokey Bones, so come date night on Sunday were expecting a good relaxing meal. But who am i joking, Ill never go back! Our appetizer took longer than what we were told the wait would be, my meal came to about $50 total. I knew it was going to be more expensive considering we got a decent size appetizer,we both ordered a house rack of ribs and drinks and beer. But your obviously ordering beer because you need one, but who was in a hurry. Our waiter did his best, but how can you keep focused on your customers when you are also bar tending ?! He recommended all of his favorites to us and gave us suggestions on what not to get or how to not order our ribs. We took his recommendations into considerations but then again ordered the way we thought would please us. My St. Louis Style ribs were so dry and fatty, where was the pork ? My boyfriend ordered half baby back and half st. Lewis style. His ribs werent fatty at all. Surprise! As our waiter finally came back to refill our drinks, we asked us how everything was, there i told him i was disappointed. They then took the house rack of ribs i ordered off and allowed me to order something else. I then chose to order the Avocado Turkey Burger, which then took them another 25 minutes to bring out after i already had to re order. I chose to take my turkey burger home because because i didnt even want to be in the restaurant anymore. When i got home i then realized my burger was over cooked and was so tough i just threw it away. So disappointed. It looks like i should have read the other reviews before i visited this disgusting restaurant. Once again, i wont return and nor should anyone else.

Family of 3 just ate there last night, and the food was terrible! The loaded Nachos and Pulled Pork Sammy with soup both were completely dried out! You could tell that these food items had been left sitting for a while before they were brought to the table,which probably explains why it took so long to get our food. It looks like they tried to toast or possible re-heat the nachos because the edges of the chips were very darkened. The pulled pork on the sandwhich and the nachos both had a terrible taste. If I had know that bbq sauce is something they added to their loaded cheese fries I wouldnt have ordered them. It was nasty, and you would think that the server would have had those fries taken off after being told that they were not good and seeing a barley touched appetizer. The one platter that was ordered he said it was ok, and the fried pickles and the flavored teas were the only food items that were decent. No manager came out to the table but the nachos and sandwhich was taken off. This is a meal that shouldnt have had to be paid for at all. Its been 6 years since the first time I visited Smokey Bones, and now I remember why we stop coming (foods not good) 48.16 was my checks total after items were taken off, and two of us didnt even get to eat a meal. We waisted all that time and still had to find somewhere else to eat afterwards at 930pm at night and pay for more food. We will never return to this restaurant again.,

Nothing fancy or over the top. Normal chain restaurant. Good food, normal prices, service fine and the bathrooms clean. My only gripe is the Kiosk. My wife works in the food industry and the place she works uses the exact same Kiosks. You pay with your credit card, add your tip, gives you your receipt out the bottom and then you can rate your experience there and the server. Well, our server said something about the receipt, which came out just fine, and then proceeded to rate our experience for us. Mind you, everything was fine, but I dont need someone giving themselves a top rating when maybe they didnt deserve it. Alot of restaurants use this to see where improvements are to be made and sometimes have contests to see who is the best server for the month. The managers need to walk around a bit more and physically talk to the customers. To the young lady who waited on us, shame on you! Cheating will get you no where in life. Hard work and honesty will.

The food is good and this is an awesome place to go to just have a drink or meet up with friends. The manager is awesome and the staff is nice. HOWEVER, every time I go there after a long days work and place an order, it just seems like 80% of the time it is wrong now....Im not sure how else to say it, but the employees need to step up their game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That or they just need to pay attention.......Especially if I come in and Im the only customer and my food is still wrong.......Within a few months time, tonight would be my 4th bad visit in a row due just because my order is always wrong now. This location used to be the best!!!!! Im thankful that my food gets replaced and the service is awesome. But, Im not sure if I want to come back to this location anymore. If the manager I speak with every time ends up reading these, please hire people who can remember the order, or people who can pay better attention.....(front or back of house.)
