Stopped at Bar Louie at 7pm on a Friday, 10/7. Pleasantly surprised to find a parking spot right by the door, and a handful of empty tables. The sign said please seat yourself, so my wife & I found a great spot on the patio.....and waited.....and waited......and finally gave up. We sat there for over 10 minutes, and not one server even acknowledged our existence. Nothing...not even eye contact as they served drinks to tables around us, and it wasnt like they were super busy. We eventually gave up and went down the street to 101 Beer Kitchen. 20 minute wait for a table, but we were quickly able to get a drink while we waited. Fabulous service throughout our wait and our meal. This was our second consecutive bad experience at the Polaris Bar Louie, so I guess we wont be going back. That is a big disappointment because we are fans of BL, just had great service and dinner at your location in Pittsburgh last week. Unfortunately, The Polaris location has lost our business.

The worst drink I have ever had for 10.00. Stopped in for a drink before meeting for dinner elsewhere. Mojito and berry mojito were the orders. I asked specifically if they were well muddled he said yes. the regular mojito arrived mint un muddled , large wedges of limes that had been cut and thrown in the glass and whatever rum they use is pretty much tasteless ...the berry mojito arrived in the same fashion mint un muddled berries barely muddled both drinks arrived without garnishes...and I know this because a couple next to me ordered the same drinks and theirs looked significantly better. All the bar tenders should be making the drinks the same...and I suggest you hire a mixologist to educate them and work on consistency of your finished product.

I just tried to do an order over the phone and the girl I spoke with was very rude! I told her I was unfamiliar with the menu and asked a few questions but she seemed very frustrated about this. I felt rushed so I asked if they were busy and although she said they werent, she still seemed very bothered by my phone call and order the entire conversation. She even hung up on me and I had to call twice before she finally answered again to take my order. I just hope she doesnt spit in my food. She was so rude :( but Im starving.

We love this place the staff is aesome and the food and drinks are awsome but there is only one major problem and it is the smell from the sewer gases I would recommend that the business call the city and find a solution to this problem we have spoke to the staff and everone knows this is a problem and no one knows how to this the,problem if sent one knows a solution please help them before it to late. Thank you everyone and lets lend a hand in fixing this problem and making this a great drinking and eating establihment

Restaurant chain specializing in premium burgers and drinks. Depending on the location, the crowd may be mostly professionals at happy hour, but the place is also family friendly. My recent experience at lunch time on a Mon-Thurs was very slow. We were a table of two, both ordered a standard burger off the menu, and waited 20-30 minutes for them to arrive. That, plus the time to drive, order, and pay makes this place too slow to frequent for lunch on a workday, which is a shame.

Tried out their $1 burger night on Tuesday. Got seated at 7:20 PM. Food arrives at 8:35 PM. Burger was WELL done and might as well have been a hockey puck but out of hunger, I ate it. Our waitress then proceeded to mix up the checks, not once or twice but 4 times. It is now 9:20 PM. Asked to speak to the manager who comes over to inform me that our checks are now in correct order. 2 hours total for a $1 sub par burger is not worth my time or future patronage.

Excellent service for it being so crowded. Get there early for Happy Hour. Their appetizers are delicious, and my friends love their wines and martini specials. It is very loud. You wont be able to hear yourself think, like most good bars! Parking and traffic is horrible. So be prepared to circle for a spot to park after battling the infamous Polaris traffic during rush hour.

Man, the service here is horrible. Takes at least 30 mins to get a drink and an hour to get food. Food was sub-par, service was not friendly, never cleared tables. The place was NOT busy, there were a lot of people on staff, yet none seemed to be working. Over priced, bad service and would not recommend. Have fun somewhere else, youll just end up thirsty here.

Terrible service. So bad, we didnt even stay to try what everyone else calls mediocre food. We had an issue at our table and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was unable to handle the situation so we chose to leave. On the way out, we overheard him speaking poorly of us in front of the other staff. We will never be returning.

Great location, great service from the bartenders. The GM, Jim, is a stand up guy, took care of my request super quick. Restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is modern and nice when it comes to a sports bar type atmosphere. Definitely recommend this location, one of the only places in Polaris actually open late too. 5 stars.

Revised: most recent experience was much better than my first. The service seemed much more efficient, just needed some reminders to clear emply plates & glasses. Very friendly service (rebecca) and did a good job considering we got a different server halfway into our meal. Will return.

Not 5-star because never got to eat my burger. Order was made wrong. However, still 4-stars because the service is excellent. GM was quick to apologize and refund the bill for entire table. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Others on the table absolutely loved their food. Thanks.

Ive been here 3 times in the first month of them being open. They have been extrmely slow every single time. They have a difficult time filling water glasses/getting beer, and we have had to wait a good hour until are food came out. I wouldnt recommend this place.

We went during their Tuesday specials, $1 burgers were horrible, tasted worse than McD cheeseburgers. Drinks are overpriced compared to other good establishments in Polaris. I will adjust the review once I visit this location during normal hours(not Tuesdays)

Burgers were very mediocre, pretty sure they were frozen preformed patties, which you wouldnt expect for the price. Food took over 2 hours and multiple people at my table had to send it back because it wasnt the right order or wasnt cooked completely.

Got a black and chicken it look like someone threw up on the play I hardly got any chicken maybe like two ounces about two little tiny pieces of sausage it tasted good but presentation was horrible and not enough dont ever go there

Every time I come here the experience is horrible. Food and drinks are good, but the people here are all upset to serve you and make really rude remarks/look annoyed to take care of you. No one ever smiles here barely either!!!!

Great food, decent beer selection, and all the usual booze. Patio is nice..rig by on the main road, so, if that bothers you, take that into account. Se4vice can be spotty. Interesting crowd, especially Thursday thru Saturday.
