First off I go here at least once a week! Ordered a few large pizzas for a group I was entertaining and they were all COLD! Had to have the whole order redelivered (two weeks ago). Went in today and they told me they dont have change for $100. They wanted me to go scour other businesses and try to get change. I asked if there was a manager to talk to and she said she was the assistant manager and she was sorry but couldnt help. I told her its quite dissappointing a manager couldnt help me considering how often I come and how well I tip the drivers for delivery orders. Either way I WONT be back!!

I order from this Donatos at least once a week, its right around the corner from my house. Went in today and Owner would not accept a valid coupon code for $3 OFF, she said they dont take coupon codes from "retailmenot". Its the same code I use every time I order online. Just another company who would rather say no than yes to customers. I told her it was poor customer service and she laughed.

Did an order for advanced pick before I had to be at work needless to say not ready at the time I picked so they say I have to wait I said ok how they said 5-8 mins then 10 mins later they tell me they are just making it to put it in the oven. So I cancelled order. This now left me with no time to get dinner this evening thanks donatos will not be ordering from you again

I come to this place to grab food about 2 or 3 times a month. Staff is usually very friendly and my food is made well enough (its a chain pizza place, not expecting anything amazing). No complaints really, just be prepared for some longer wait times during busy days. Particularly Friday and Saturday evenings and sometimes on Sundays during football games.

Very surprised by the bad ratings. I just ordered delivery to my office and it was here within 25 mins. Very hot and everything I would expect out of great service and good quality pizza! Its also the peak hour for a lunch rush, they did great. Loved it!

Recently service here has been horrible. Poor quality food as well. Last time I ordered not only was my food burnt but also cold and the delivery guy practically threw my food at me. I have been a long time customer there but not any more.

This Donatos couldnt get an order right if there was a gun to the cooks head. Ive been here 4 times. They screwed it up 3 of those times. Get pizza somewhere else if you can.

I just has the best delivery service i think ever. The driver was super nice, they brought me plates and napkin without request. Im glad the delivery team is stepping it up.

Pizza was made correct and came out the oven fast. The cashier greeted us as we came in and offered plates,napkins and crushed peppers on the way out.
