Went for the first time yesterday while visiting from Florida. Concept seemed interesting. When our pizzas arrived at the table and I look down, mine had a large thick black hair baked into the crust, not just lying on the plate, but actually BAKED into the crust. I immediately took it up to the counter and the employees seemed regretful and offered to make another pizza. I was surprised that they didnt just offer to refund my money. They did offer a free pizza coupon which is not a valid option since I am living in Florida. Overall, what could have been a unique dining experience left me sick to my stomach and the way it was handled could have been done on a much more professional level. At NO time did a manager ever come to our table to acknowledge our situation or apologize. I no longer have confidence in their product, food preparation and handling or sanitary guidelines/requirements with which should be the foundation of their operation.

This is like a Chipotle but with pizza. You walk in and stand in a line. First person is flattening out pizza dough for crusts. Second girl is where you start. You choose from 3 different sauces: red, pesto, or garlic. You can do a combination of them if you want. This is where you also decide if you want mozzarella rounds or shredded on your pie. Then you move on to person #3 who has all the toppings. Not sure how many there are but anything you could want on a pizza will be in front of you and whatever you request will be added on. Then you can add a fresh salad to your order if desired. THen you pay. Wait for your name to be called. It takes about 3 minutes for the pizzas to bake in the stone oven. They are delicious. It will have 6 slices. Makes good leftovers, too, if you cant eat it all right there. Its become our favorite pizza place.

I expected a pizzeria, and I walked in and found myself in what looked like a chipotle. That turned me off. Ignoring that, if I just concentrate on the pizza, I find that the tomato sauce is wrong, and the dough is too chewy. The tomato sauce should be strained tomatoes (passata di pomodoro), but it was fine chopped tomatoes in a watery soup. Just weird and all wrong. The dough gave me the impression of chewy bread instead of light dough. Like maybe it hadnt risen enough before being baked. Here to describe. Im comparing it to a pizza from Napoli because thats what Cucinova does in their marketing, and for my taste they fell short. Granted, the competition in Columbus does even worse, and at least the prices at Cucinova were good.

Worst pizza ever! The sauce was bitter, the crust was soggy and not cooked thru, the top of the pizza was watery and there were 8 small pieces of pepperoni. IT really sucked and it was expense. I even walked back in and put the box on the table looked straight at the older guy in the chefs coat then opened the lid and threw the napkins on top of a whole pizza. This was my 2nd time there and the first time was barely ok however this trip has made me decide never to go back. Cashier - Jeremy 5/9/17 2:07pm Ticket # 200004 Save your money people!

Great create you own pizza with exotic ingredients. From peppadews to Pricuito this place has it all. Have picky eater? cheese pizza for $5. Have trouble choosing at places like Piada, Chipotle and Subway? Chef specialties from $6 to $8. Want to experiment? Create-your-own pizza is $8 with 3+ toppings. Fountain drinks are a little on the high side for $2. A selection of beers on tap with some wine as well. There are also weekday happy hour specials from 3 PM to 6 PM. Ive had kind service here.

We love it here. The red sauce was fantastic, Although seemed to be more of a Blood Orange Color. Its a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday. We were serenaded with a wonderful version of Happy Birthday by a family sitting close to us. Although we were a bit disappointed to not be offered one of their delicious looking cupcakes. No catsup on the tables or anywhere in the restaurant. Truth be told, it really wasnt needed.

Amazing!! Love this place. All pizzas are 6 slices, 10", cheese only is $5, one topping is $6, anything more than 2 toppings is $8....So cheap! And everything is super fresh. The crust flavor is phenomenal. First timers: I highly suggest the tomato sauce, but the garlic is delicious too!!! They also serve alcohol and type place is extremely clean.

They always act very annoyed if you come in within an hour of closing..I understand if someone comes in 2 mins before close and being slightly annoyed, but when people come in 45 mins before close its a little different, theyre not even discrete about it, they role their eyes and sigh loudly. Its very rude and unprofessional.

Awful service. Not friendly. Was my favorite pizza place until tonight. Main chef (female with glass short hair) rudest chef there. Didnt put any care in to making the pizzas which turned out awful. I recommend Blaze pizza so much better all around

Cucinova is one of my favorite pizza places. I love that you can pick your sauce and several toppings for the same price. Also the brick oven makes the crust crisp and fluffy. 5 star worthy.

Lady forgot toppings, also very lite on toppinga. Had to ask 3 times just to get enough of 1 item on there. Dough not cooked in center. Columbus location alot better and proffessional.

The staff is very nice and helpful, and they are willing to make suggestions if you ask. They have great portion sizes for the prizes and a small, but good, craft beer selection.
