absolutely the worst place to get food from. the managers and their staff are rude. I work in the hospitality industry at a hotel so I know what good customer service is... this place has messed up my food the last 5 times I have been there and when I call to talk to someone I get hung up on every time. I was also told it will take 10-15 business days to get my money back for them messing up my order and not following directions. never again will I eat at pizza fire. I would rather starve thats how bad they are.

Review is about bad service. I ordered online for pickup and when I got there they just started my order. The food is pretty good but these guys just work way too slow. I talked to them and theyre good guys but they dont have any sense of urgency or customer service experience. The place was empty and they were taking to long. Note the pizza is fresh to order so.it takes 3 mins in the oven, but it shouldnt take 5 mins to assemble. It shouldnt take more than 2 mins to assemble.

I reach the doors, not even getting to open them before I inhale the aroma of freshly fired pizza. Entering the building only makes the scent stronger and my hunger grow. I walk to the rear of the establishment to the large order here sign where I am greeted by two delightful gentlemen who take my (and my sisters) order. The pizza was finished cooking before I could even finishing paying and get my drink. This place is a safe haven for thin crust pizza lovers who hate to share.

Some people will tell you Fall Out Boy is a good band, Amy Schumer is funny, and PizzaFire is delicious. None of them are true! The pizza we had yesterday reminded me of something you would buy from Aldi, it was small and tasted like my something my grandma would make while taking her dementia medication. Like it was the saddest pizza Ive ever had, if Bon Jovi music formed into a pizza it would have been the pizza I bought from PizzaFire. Worst ever!

Staff is great. They are helpful and patient. The food is made fast although the lunch rush can add some delays. They offer 7 types of pizza or you can make your own. There is a good variety in the pizzas offered. Pizza tastes great and makes for a filling meal for one. Small meal for two if you are looking to split a pizza. Prices are reasonable for a fast casual pizza joint. Gluten Free crust is available for an extra $1.

The food was pretty good and the delivery was quick. My only problem was that I was not able to order drinks on their mobile website. I called the restaurant to see if I could just order over the phone or add drinks to my order and the guy on the other end basically said "yeah there should be a tab for drinks on the website". Me: "no, theres not"......(silence)..... Him: "alright have a good night" (click)

The restaurant is poorly ran, staff got mad when i ordered the cleveland, a manager needs to be there. Pizza took 20 minutes instead of their "3 minutes or less"... Sauced woodfired pizza is way friendlier and awesome pizza i would rather spend my momey there

Staff VERY friendly and entertaining. The PIZZA was delicious. We are visiting for Transplant Games of America. They gave us little scratch off coupons for next visit. We will be back while on the trip. Prices arent bad and quality is great.

Honestly you cant beat this place, if you want your own specialty pizza. For under 10 bucks this is the place! The way they get the pizza out so fast even with a line ahead. Makes you wonder if it even got cooked but once you taste it.

The BEST PIZZA around. They make it fresh before your eyes and you have a great selection of sauces and toppings then they fire it up for you in just 3 minutes. Great place to go before a game or while downtown.
