I used to go there alot, but the phone girls always mess up your order I always order the same thing the prices are always different... Then the Manger Mike, is rude and loud and disspectful and does not care if your new or have been there many times, he talks down to you and blames you for him being the idiot.. I will never go there again, and I was going there since they opened...I had enough!! Places like this can go out of business if they want to treat us like crap, I will spend my money else where.. I noticed the other review having similair issues, so the owner should fire that manager since he doesnt seem to care about the business ....

IF YOU WANT TO STARVE GO AHEAD AND CALL THIS PLACE I PLACED AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY AT 8:40 THEY TOLD ME 30-45 MINUTES FOR DELIVERY I WAITED UNTIL 9:55 AND I COULD NOT HANDLE IT ANYMORE BECAUSE I WAS VERY HUNGRY SO I CALLED TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY SAID MY PIZZA IS SITTING IN THE WARMER BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT SURE IF IT WAS DELIVERY AFTER I GAVE THEM MY ADDRESS THREE TIMES AND THE CROSSROADS AND TO TOP ALL THAT THEY WANT TO MAKE MY ORDER OVER AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. I AM SUPRISED THIS PLACE IS EVEN IN BUSINESS WHAT A SHAME.

This pizzeria has potential to be the best pizza in the area. The sauce is great, the crust (especially on the square) is crispy on the outside, and fluffy in the inside. Unfortunately, they skimp on the cheese. Simply put, they do not put an acceptable of cheese on their pizzas...Ever. If youre willing to order your pizza with extra cheese, this will remedy the situation to an extent.You will receive a pizza with an average amount of cheese when compared to other Pizza shops. Not worth the extra cost.

Ordering online was not easy cuz of a different company for online orders . The owner answered when I called instead . He made up for it ! Was super awesome and said he would take care of it ( he was upset it wasnt working as anyone would be and expressed he would call them asap ) he genuinely cared! Super quick delivery and my son and I loved the pizza ! Thank you for doing the absolute best you could as a company ! Props to a local pizza place we love !I will be back cuz of the awesome service alone !

Great food, great service, and great price. I have been to Little Italy several times and had great service every time. The employees are friendly and the food is ready on-time. The pizza is very comparable to Jets, I would say just as good, but is a better value (cheaper). The toppings are fresh and the pizza sauce is flavorful. I tried the Greek salad and that was very good as well. I havent tried the wings, ribs, or subs so I cant review them. I highly recommend everyone try Little Italy!

Best pizza on the east side. Always friendly when we order pick up and havent had a bad pizza yet. The only time weve had an issue, they said they messed our pizzas crust up so we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for a new one. Without asking they gave us the "messed" up pizza too. There was no issue with this free pizza. I recommend this place to everyone I know

Amazing ribs. Make sure to ask for the "mountain of pepperoncinis" on your salad. For some reason they dont advertise it on the menu, but theyll totally do it upon request for a little extra. The square supreme pizza is also delicious and pound-for-pound better than Jets. No its not Jets but the price is really attractive and its damn good. Love their rounds.

HORRIBLE service & experience! I spoke with the manager Mike and he was worse than his staff. When trying to receive assistance with my order he was nasty, rude and unapologetic of his behavior & also hung up on me. Will NEVER be back! Dont waste your money patronizing someone who cannot provide quality customer service. They wont be in business very long.

You would think they would know how to cook a pizza and not burn the pepperoni. Nope. They torched the pepperoni on our pizza. Called to let them know and they gave us excuses and tried to argue that they didnt burn the pepperoni. Like i would lie about burt pepperoni. Fed the pie to my neighbors dog. I dont like that dog.

Long time customer. I was thrilled when they moved from 8 Mile to their current location in Eastpointe, closer to home. I love their pizza, and their meatball sandwich is the bomb! The staff are friendly and greet you by name. Try a cannoli for desert. Love this place!

Experience was okay until there was a mistake with my order on little Italy end...they didnt own up to their mistake and the owner was extremely rude over the phone..he didnt want to listen to me and talked over me..I will never ever order pizza from them again..

This location has HORRIBLE customer service - the manager Mike is rude and a complete ass!! I encourage everybody not to patronize this location..go to the 12 Mile & Hoover store instead theyre friendly and the customer service is excellent.

I just bought a house in the area. After moving from Ferndale and eating Nicks pizza all the time, we had to find something just as good. After 2 months we finally tried this place. We have found our new pizza place. SO GOOD. Seriously.

Its a shame..good food but beware of delivery guys coming on to women..guy scared my wife so much she wanted to call the police. When the owner called me back he seemed annoyed i complaint. Will not order again
