Unfortunately this is my least favorite barcade. Compared to the locations near campus its far less busy (not necessarily a bad thing) and they do strange delayed timing to the charges to your card if you dont pay in cash, which I guess is a minor inconvenience. The games are cool, although pinball all costs actual money rather than just being free like the regular coin op machines. The staff who was there when I came were not very friendly, and seemed pretty "bothered" to wait on me, and would even carry on conversations among themselves before walking over to the customers waiting at the bar with money out. Didnt feel much like a guy who expects a tip at the end of the night, but God forbid you leave in a drunken stupor and dont clear up your credit card tab, theyll auto charge you a gratuity (although not outrageous amounts), so be sure to clear up your tab if you wanna know how much your gonna actually be spending... Id say if your just a local looking to play some games, its cool. But if you prefer a place where theres a more lively crowd and stays open late, with bartenders who are more polite and attentive, your gonna need to look at the other barcades.

Went here tonight with some people for a good time and thats what it was, a good time. I had been by before just to look around and not really play the games and whatnot, but they have a pretty good selection of titles to choose from. Not to mention they are free so I dont see why some of these people are complaining on here. They have Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Mario Kart hooked up to a giant projector, Xmen, Turtles In Time, NFL Blitz, and loads more of games to choose from that are throwback from the days of even when I wasnt even a gamer yet. If your looking for something to do and need a night out I sincerely recommend this place for the fact that if your into getting drunk and all that as well, they serve alcohol obviously. Level One, youll be seeing more of me, probably practicing as Evil Ryu on Street Fighter after a movie or something on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Would really think itd be great if you got the new Street Fighter V but its no biggie.

I enjoy LevelOne. They are at a great location and have a great game and pinball selection, and its not as crowded as 16-Bit. Lately though they seem to be undergoing an identity crisis. Not sure if they want to be a barcade or a family-friendly arcade. This isnt a big deal if their aim is to be an arcade - but they brand themselves as a barcade in the spirit of 16-Bit. Now its turning into more of a Dave & Busters. Kids are even allowed in at happy hour during the week. Seeing adults getting tipsy when kids are running around is a bit uncomfortable.

Good location. Average retro barcade, with some newer pinball machines. Id put it about 60 games total, 20ish pinball. Games are free, pinball is 50 cents. Beer prices seemed fair, certainly not outrageous. Not sure of this place serves food. I didnt see anybody eating. There was a vending machine with snacks. High scores are kept on a score board. They offer a win a pinball machine competition, with some sort of seasons. Even on a weekday, there is a guy at the door checking ids at 7 or 8.

Visited here on a Saturday night for a bachelor party. Overall the experience was awesome. They had all the classics (galaga, centipede, joust, pac man etc) and there wasnt a problem getting the chance to play the games that you wanted to play. There was a decent size crowd there but not so many people that you couldnt get to the games that you wanted to play. The beer selection was decent, and the price was ok (around $5-6 for most of the drafts I saw). Definitely would come here again.

Pretty cool place with a great selection of arcade games. Its never as packed as 16-bit which can be a good thing since other barcades are packed to the point where its not even fun. Level One is a great place to meet up with friends and play games and relax. Its right next to Marcus so its a great place to go before or after a movie and there are places next to it to eat which is great, Level One allows you to bring outside food in.

Ive been to Level One several times, and its been a great experience each time. You only need to pay for your drinks and for the pinball machines too; all of the arcade games are free. They also usually have a Nintendo 64 hooked up to a projector at the front of the place, so theres a lot to do for usually a pretty cheap price. If you like arcade games, pinball, and/or drinking, then I recommend checking it out it sometime!

This place has a good selection of video games, all free. They also have a huge projection screen with a nintendo (not sure which version) hooked up and usually running Mario Kart. The have a good selection of pinball, those cost 50 cents per play and also skee ball which is free. They have a decent selection of craft beer. This is not really a place you will come to hang out and talk, its primarily about the games.

The people who wrote a negative review wrote them just after the place opened! my girlfriend and i just went last Saturday night, The staff was great even though it was crowned, vary good selection of beer plus TVs all over which is good for sports night outs and even a movie on AMC..LOL great place and highly recommend. Dont come expecting to just drop by for a hr or so, chances are u will get stuck.

Lots of parking, lots of arcade machines and a few pinball machines. This place is pretty great, does not serve food but doesnt mind if you bring food in from other places and there are restaurants within a few store-fronts where this is an option. This place tends not to be as busy as some of the other barcades in town which is great. If you dont mind going out to the suburbs, this is a great option.

Ive never been to an Arcade Bar before. This one seemed convenient because its right next to the movie theater. The bar was okay, the service was slow even though we were one of the few people there but the selection of drinks was good! The pricing is okay, a little on the expensive side but not outrageous. The games were the best part! Each game costs 25 cents for hours of play.

Avoid during afternoons, when teens and children run crazy and screaming throughout the place, beating on machines and being exactly what no adult wants to deal with IN A BAR. Youd think youd accidentally stepped into Chuck E. Cheese instead. If you come during a nighttime, its fun. Weve been here many times, and Im sure well be back...but never again while its daylight out.

Nice classic arcade- 30 or so classic arcade games in good shape- Usually only one or 2 out of service at a time. All video games are free. About 15 or so Pinball machines that cost 50 cents. No hassles about drink minimums or anything like that. Good beer selection, kids welcome earlier in the day. My kids (11 and 13) enjoy it.
