Ive been there before and my service was awesome, but last night was awful . It took me 2 hours to get through the line, the drive through was going faster and there was no selection on donuts. By the time I got to the register the girl on the register Marissa was rude and unsanitary, I asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade, she made it then I notice she picked up a spoon off the counter and mixed my drink up and thought I was going to be ok with it. I asked her is that what she did she decided to get an attitude about what she messed up on and decided to want to be rude and ask the next person if she could help them after I asked for a manager. She implied that I couldnt get my money back on her mistake not mine. For a person that has worked in a restaurant before the last thing you do is argue with a customer and get out of your character, but she lost her composer. She walked away from her job and refused to help any more customers. The manager Vinchenzo was helpful he refunded my money and apologized on her behalf, but she should of apologized for how she acted.

I enjoyed the Doughnuts, but the customer service was shaky. I had to repeat my order 3 times over the intercom, and then when I got to the window was expected to repeat it a 4th time (I think they accidentally gave my order to the person in font of me). I would be fine with it if there was some form of apology. In the end, the manager gave me the order on the house after spending a crazy amount of time at a drive-thru for a half dozen doughnuts. I didnt ask for it, so that was nice. Ill try it again maybe after they have been around a bit and learn how to train the kids at the register.

This isnt a review of the donuts in general, this is for the broad street location in Columbus. Went today, only to find they had 4 varieties of donuts available. The staff was rude, repeating over and over about how its been busy (I get it, and I get busy it happens) but they seemed to be understaffed and Ill prepared and downright short with the customers. Everyone has a bad day, just a shame I had to take my family during theirs. Doesnt seem to be very well managed.

I just wanted to take a minute and thank the staff working tonight as they went above and beyond to rescue my 2 little girls stuck in their womans restroom. They called the fire department but it took them an insane amount of time to respond so employees wedged and kicked in the door after multiple attempts... Thank you all so much!!! My babies are home safe, donuts/hot chocolate in their bellies, and sound asleep. BTW... The blueberry donuts were awesome as always:-)

Disappointing, I got a strawberry cake donut down the street at Speedway. Saw the store & wanted more.....what I got was a very limited selection. No strawberry, no sour cream, no NY cheesecake!! Cmon people, this is the Krispy Kreme store! I was told Polaris has more variety.....i went bk 2 Speedway.........

Fresh donuts were coming from the conveyor belt, but the "hot" light wasnt on so we didnt get samples. We were told this was because they were behind on orders. Management wouldnt honor our coupon, saying it was expired, but the print was so small it was unreadable. Poor customer service!

I was there for lunch Friday and had awesome service when we first walked in. I ordered a Apple fritter and it was the best damn fritter I have ever had till I bit into what looked like a roach! It was so nasty I about threw up. Watch out for bugs on your food there!

Krispy Kreme had 80 years to prepare for this anniversary event, and completely dropped the ball. Most donuts were sold out and even with limited availability it took an hour to get through the line.

One of the best Krispy Kremes in Columbus. Staff is friendly even in the morning. It can sometimes take a while during peak hours, but most of the times it is in and out.
