I am never let down by this Starbucks, but this morning I was. My boyfriend went to get me a coffee. A dark roast with cream and sugar. The coffee gets to me and theres no cream......I have him take it back and there was steamed milk, not cream. So I took a sip....now no sugar (there could have also been no sugar in the first as well as I never took a sip). Seriously disappointed in you Ashley (I believe that was her name). Tarpon Springs Starbucks management, please fix this.

Convenient location to me, so I go frequently, but worst Starbucks Ive ever been in. The customer service is appalling, and the ladies are rude and unfriendly. I have had too many issues to count, but just ignored it due to being in a rush. After my most recent visit however, I had to reach out to corporate. Lets hope they acknowledge that they need to hire new staff, because these ladies have got to go!

Horrible wi-fi, few plugs for working. And my coffee even wasnt good. And Starbucks should be recognized for their achievement in thinness of meat slices on their sandwiches - its basically transparent meat. The staff was friendly, and the decor is nice. Just dont come here for work. I left and went to a eco-friendly coffee shop nearby - locally owned, better coffee and food and drinks, and super fast wifi.

Hey Tarpon Springs Starbucks! You all are not only close but one of the nicest cleanest Starbucks I’ve been in. Of course, if the others were close I’d have to rotate my visits!! :-)) Lastly, don’t forget, "ya can’t please everybody, but you did a fine morning for this one". Nice location, mostly friendly staff, and well kept. What pulls this place down is the fact that it has ONE power outlet. For a coffee shop frequented by students and the working class, this seems like a massive oversight. UPDATE early 2016: -no improvement on the outlets -gnat problem inside; always a few buzzing around you UPDATE late 2016 -no fix on outlets -bugs gone

My experience is always fantastic especially considering a small mishap yesterday came back this evening and BROOK took care me //above and beyond shes always polite and resolved the situation quickly. I definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks and see how wonderful the staff is. Thank you guys for the awesome experience

Small, cramped, and claustrophobic. Filthy washroom. Nowhere to sit except next to the annoying regulars (you know who you are) working from their laptop who practically live and socialize there. Stay away.

Every time I go in here it takes so long to get a drink, and how could you possibly mess up a hot chocolate when theses on me and another customer in there. I will not be visiting this location anymore
