This cafe is famous for their sandwich, appropriately called an egg sandwich. When you look at it you think, yeah, okay its a sandwich with egg. The bread looks kinda hard but it looks like an altogether just fine sandwich. Well youre wrong. Its more than that. Its SO much more. Theres something about the toppings; theyre fresh, theyre flavorful, theyre tasty and delicious. Then theres the bread. Im not sure if the word bread is actually the right word and I dont want to delve too deeply into a hyperbolic description, but Im convinced this bread is made from clouds and heaven. Its amazing. It looks hard, like a ciabatta or sourdough but oh no. Its light and fluffy and impossibly just... GOOD. I was skeptical. Its a super popular hipster-y type spot but its worth the wait, it lives up to the hype, at least for the egg sandwich.

Food is amazing. Well executed base with simple but inventive details like their ham and swiss tart topped with salt. Sounds basic, boring even, but it was a revelation. The space is comfortable with nice details, noisy enough that it feels lively and you dont worry about the whole place overhearing your conversations. Sitting at the bar overlooking the kitchen area, through a glass partition, where you can see them making everything from scratch was a cool layout choice, but also had me wanting to crack a joke to the employees in there about it being a little creepy. Crowd was mainly yuppie, but it was late morning on a Saturday.

Fox in the Snow is a relatively new cafe/bakery in Columbus, and its one of the best, if not the best. Fox in the Snow offers a wide array of pastries, pour-over coffee, iced coffee,, and espresso beverages all of exceptional quality. Ive personally had an egg sandwich (very filling), a buttermilk biscuit, an almond danish, and a blueberry cobblestone, and each were exceptional and incredibly fresh and pure tasting. The atmosphere that Fox in the Snow offers is also refreshing, offering a cafe without WiFi to discourage guests from staying a long time and allowing more people to sit and enjoy this great cafe. Definitely recommend.

Cute place however a bit out of the way. The pastries are awesome, their coffee is ok. The new orleans brew is similar to the one from a NYC favorite, Sweetleaf coffeeshop. My favorite pastry was the buttermilk biscuit with the jam. Yum-o. Wonder if we could have asked them to toast it so it could be warm and buttery, but it was a bit busy at that time so I didnt want to be THAT person. Delicious though! Was pretty annoyed at the weird seating arrangements being that the seats were too close to the register and people kept bumping bags into me.

Just moved to Italian village and so happy this place is a block away. They have the best egg sandwich I have had in a long time.. the bread is perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside--cant stand the breakfast sandwiches with firm bread, so this was perfect!! DEFINITELY recommend. And only $6 (screw you, Northstar!). Espresso was bold and citrusy, not bitter. The cortado was well-balanced and yummy. And omg... sticky bun with pecans. I could eat 9. But diabetes. Go!!!!

Its really good, the breakfast sandwiches are the best. Like they are just really good. Place looks really nice and is a very nice place for a breakfast, lunch. I had the cinnamon roll, and the frosting and roll were amazing. My only complaint is they are served more like pastries, and not severed warm. Still a very very good cininniamin rolls at a very nice place. Update: food is delicious, but is a little too rich and lead to an upset stomach for me

The space is beautifully done, inside and out. Had a Tandem Kenya from the v60, great as expected. Also enjoyed the lighting, and hearing music being played on vinyl / best barista selection for the evening was Ty Segall, which helped spark and awesome conversation with him about music, coffee, LA. Glad I stopped in while I was I town, this place is a gem through and though - the building and the neighborhood are such a great fit for third wave.

Cute place. I have been here quite a few times actually, mainly because other people want to go. They have a variety of beverages, pastries, and an egg sandwich. The drinks are overpriced and not that good and the pastries are alright. The egg sandwich is absolutely delicious, however! Definitely try it if you visit. The atmosphere in this place is very pleasant. All in all: its a trendy joint with a good vibe that sells okay food/drinks.

My favorite spot to grab coffee and meet up with friends downtown. Great place to grab brunch. All pastries baked fresh daily! The coffee beans they select and methods they use to brew are of the highest quality. They are definitely a base line for the quality of others I try. Often on the weekends in the busy morning times you will see the owner out cleaning tables and greeting customers. Give them a try if youre in the area.

Great spot!! It can get a bit busy during weekends but the coffee and lattes are great. Their pastries are homemade and are absolutely delicious! Its a bit pricier than other coffee shops, but the atmosphere is great. It does NOT provide WiFi, so if you need it youre better off going to another Coffee shop, but I think its a smart move to prevent people from staying too long, since seating can be limited at times.

Great cafe with fantastic coffee and a good selection of treats. A heads up that WiFi is not provided, presumingly to encourage a sociable atmosphere and so that people dont stay for extended periods of time working on their laptops. This is a downside if youre looking for a coffee shop to do internet-based work at, but a great upside that allows more people to sit-in and enjoy a sociable, laid-back coffee trip.

Fox in the Snow Cafe is a great Cafe for sitting and reading, studying, or having a meeting/interview. The coffee and food is good while the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Their back patio is really nice for warmer weather and sunny days. The only thing that could be a problem is that there is no wifi! I saw a lot of people using their phones as hot spots so make sure you have enough data before you go.

Great baked goods! Best breakfast sandwich in Columbus in my opinion and killer cinnamon rolls. Coffee and breakfast in an industrial designed interior...Italian Village location has an outdoor patio and plenty of seating but they are always busy on weekends. I admit to ordering and eating a custard filled donut on occasion...it is to die for...and I do not even like donuts usually.

Beyond delicious. Just visiting Columbus, Ohio and we had breakfast at Fox in the Snow on our last morning. Just as well as I would have never gone anywhere else. The 3 of us had different pastries and drinks and all were fabulous. This will be my first stop when I visit Columbus again. The sandwiches looked amazing and such a difficult decision on which pastry to pick.

This is a lovely Cafe. In the style of many cafes in Columbus, it has an industrial garage feel, but still a comfortable atmosphere. The coffee is excellent. Im at latte, the milk doesnt overpower the espresso, and the espresso is a pleasant roast, not dark but also not too light. Their pastries and sandwiches are wonderfully delicious. I highly recommend.
