NEVER AGAIN!!! Called at 6:46 pm for delivery was told it would deliver within 1 hour. After an hour and a half we called to check on our order and had to call three times due to being disconnected, line just left open so we could hear all the total chaos and disorganization of the staff, then being put on hold and forgotten for over 20 minutes (timed). Then to be told our order was never even made because the idiot didnt take our information correctly and didnt bother to call, just left us hanging out there and clearly didnt care as we were conveniently disconnected again. When asked what happened and hoping for a solution, we were placed on permanent hold, I left the line open for the benefit of the doubt after 18 minutes we were disconnected for the last time. Lastly, I dont do reviews, so for me to take the time to do this, it must have been beyond bad. Good luck, youre gonna need it.

I decided to give Thai Pan Alley a try again. Very happy with everything. Years ago this was the best Thai around until the now past owner neglected everything from food to service. The new owners are a breath of fresh air. The restaurant is clean, the food is back to being fresh and the service is even friendlier than the original Thai Pan Alley. I had the Pad Thai combo and it was a nice portion with large shrimp and white chicken breast, the way it should be. If you were like me avoiding this place after numerous disappointments the last few years, I recommend that you give the new owners a chance. You will not regret it. The new owners took the reigns at the beginning of 2014.

I love Thai food and there are few Thai places in the area so I was excited to try this place. We parked out front and walked in a the woman at the "window" was surprised to see us. It was then that I noticed the smell -- similar to raw sewage. As we were walking to the back to check out the outdoor seating, we passed by an open door to the kitchen....thats were the smell was coming from. Needless to say we just walked out back to our car and left. I cannot comment on the food because I never tried it. I almost feel sorry for whoever owns this, because this is just a sad little restaurant.

A walk on the beach let us to Thai Pan Alley where we were welcomed like family. Service was outstanding and our waitress Linda took her time to explain how the food was prepared. The food was fabulous and the portions were huge. Being from out of town we had questions about the area. The owners Joey and Lynne came over and answered our questions, and also gave us some suggestions about things to see. Too bad this restaurant is so far away - we would be regulars. They should think about opening one in Chicago! Thanks for the great experience!

I would SELL MY SOUL for this restaurant. The food is to THAI for. Noodle your way over here. Im not babooning around. THIS PLACE IS THE BEES KNEES. Mussel up the effort and curry over here. This is EGGsactly what youre looking for. Mee Grob some entrees and enjoy the tofu-n atmosphere. HonesTEA they have Chicken SaTay-sty and the Pad Thai is to Gai for. I come all the time, Im a regular. I come for the Thai but I stay for the charismatic, hilarious outstanding in her field server Kiera. Shes a swift one she is. You wonton be disappointed.

This place was great! Went with my wife and another couple. The food was fantastic and the service was speedy and on point. The Pad Thai and Panang Curry were delicious! Joey, I believe he is one of the owners, is a great guy and made our experience that much better. He definitely went out of the way to make sure we were fully accommodated that night. We will be back again at Thai Pan Alley! One more note, we did not have to wait long for anything, as seen in other comments. All courses came in the expected amount of time.

Ugh! So frustrating! The lady who answers the phone usually seems mad that you called. They say they deliver until 30 minutes before they close, but tonight I called 40 minutes before they close, but they couldnt deliver because the driver wasnt back yet? What? Then she couldnt give me a definite answer as to when the latest I could call to get food delivered would be. The food is good, but its no longer worth it for me to deal with the employees...too bad, the delivery driver is a cutie!

First time here and I love the reggae music playing softly in the background. Service was beyond my expectations. Jade waited on us and gave her best recommendations with the Drunk Noodles (which was awesome) and Pra Ram with fried rice. I had both meals with 3 star spice scale and was just perfect. Top off with Fried Ice cream for dessert. And the BEST ever Thai Tea. I would recommend this for any Thai lover. Looking for awesome service ask for Jade.

Absolutely the best Thai Ive eaten anywhere. Fresh ingredients, incredible mix of flavors. I highly recommend the Ginger Crispy Duck. Lots of duck meat in the dish. Must try the pineapple fried rice. Came here once 3 months ago & now come almost every week. Highly recommend this place to locals & tourist alike. Prices are unbelievably reasonable to inexpensive especially in respect to the quality of the food. A must try on IRB.

I know for a long time I had avoided this place because of all the horror stories Id heard. Once I found out it changed hands I thought Id give it a shot. Went here for lunch after a nice day down at the beach. The service was outstanding and the food was definitely superb. Under this new owner, the place is outstanding. I would recommend this to anyone looking for good lunch or dinner down on the beach.

One of my top 2 favorite places to eat in Pinellas! Rich flavors, huge portions, leved spice ratings, and cheap prices. I made the "Wall of Flame" by doing the 20-star challenge. Now Im known as the "Milk Man". Great people, I always feel welcome. Food takes a while (because everything is cooked to order), but it is absolutely worth the wait. Its a bad month if I dont eat here at least four times.

We waited so long for our dinner (over an hour), we were standing up to walk out when the waitress came with our orders. The mystery was that we were the only people there. The happy ending was that the food was wonderful. The waitress was apologetic and did not charge us for our (delicious) crab ragoon appetizers. Something is definitely wrong here but it's not the food

Service is horrible. They lie every time how long it will take for delivery and even pickup. Waited over an hour for 2 entrees, and I live less than a mile away. I would have picked it up myself but last time I did pickup, I had to wait an extra 30 mins, after the 15 they said it would take. Im sorry, but the food just isnt worth the wait. Last time I give them a chance.

BETTER THAN EVER. We had not been back here in a few years since the new ownership. The food was great. We had Pineapple Shrimp Curry and Vegetarian Pad Thai. Both were VERY good. Medium spicy was just right for us. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. Of course we started wth the sunset on the beach before heading into dinner. Very nice.
