We decided to try this place and are wildly underwhelmed. 1. Waited for a long time to get to the window to order. 2. When we get to the window we wait a full 12 minutes (we timed it) before anybody comes to take our order. 3. Before we can order a worker tries to hand us smoothies. It seems as though the people before us didnt want to wait that long and just drove off. 4. When we explain the smoothies arent ours and try to order, the worker lets us get about get about 5 words into the order before HE WALKED AWAY from us without a word to us. 5. Another few minutes pass and another worker comes to the window to take our order. He doesnt write down our order or offer us sides. He seems agitated when we order sides and asks us to pull forward. Doesnt that reset the timer so that they dont look bad about just how long theyve made us wait? 6. When we finally get our order, they forgot our sides and got my order wrong. This is why you write down the order. I didnt return it because I was beyond annoyed at that point. Moral of the story: Dont have a drive through if you cant make a product fast enough to facilitate the throughput. TL;DR: Long wait, bad service, inaccurate order.

My Supervisor, Co-worker and I went get smoothies tonight after leaving the gym. We arrived at Tropical Smoothie at 8:51pm and the front door was locked but the drive thru open sign was on. We all got in the drive thru line, we were in three separate vehicles. So the cashier looked out the door at about 8:59 and decided to turn the drive thru sign off. When my Supervisor finally made it to the window to order...she was told they were CLOSED and they REFUSED TO SERVE US. We were in line prior to 9:00. I pulled up and asked the cashier why cant we be served and she because its 9:00 and we close at 9:00. I told her we were in line prior to 9:00 and of course she said werent. I asked for the Store Managers card. She had a poor nasty attitude. This was POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. We always go to this location for smoothies and sandwiches. Money and customers they lost tonight and I will let my other Zumba folks know not to go to this location and usually there about 75 ppl or more in class.

I work in this area and this is one of my top goto lunch places during the week, and has been so for the past few months now. It is apparent from past reviews that this location suffered from poor management. From what I can see, none of these issues no longer exist here. Somedays during the week this location can be quite busy (lots of offices around here), but they seem to adapt and manage the busyness quite well. The place is clean, and employees are very friendly and personable (they make an effort to remember regulars names). The food and smoothies also taste fantastic (cant say that about all tropical smoothies in town).

Of all the franchise locations Ive visited this one is the best! The food always tastes great and my flatbread is always FULL, unlike other locations. I love that they have fresh fruit available as your side. This is not an option at all locations. I placed my order ahead, via the app, but the parking situation is terrible here, so I decided to wait in the drive through line. Since they have an attendant outside taking orders in the line, I didnt have to wait long, as she quickly went inside and brought my order to me in the line! The staff is always friendly and helpful!

What more can I say about the best place to eat in town. Atmosphere is super clean and the staff is exceptional. Oh and the food is outstanding. I love the tropicalada shakes and dont forget to download the app. Because I go there so much I have saved over $50 dollars with the app. Cant beat the call in and pickup service. Tell them Jay sent you and you may get $5 off of your meal cause I know the owner. IJS.....!!

I have always like tropical smoothie but this one is awful. The one small blonde girl never smiles and should be on a brochure for worst customer service EVER. I work in the food business and understand that sometimes you just have a bad day, it seems this girl is rude. More than once I have wanted to talk to the manager. Cant wait for them to close down and hopefully something better will open.

I used to go to this location regularly because its close to my office, but it is routinely the worst service in town. Ive never had my order completed correctly in roughly 30 visits and the staff consists of a bunch of teenagers without any adults present whatsoever. Their smoothies are usually good, but I had to stop going here because the service just couldnt be worse.

The food and smoothies arent bad but you really have to wait awhile to get your order, plus I found it to be a little pricey for what you get. I grabbed a chicken sandwich and it didnt have a lot of chicken on it, to be honest. The people are pretty friendly though and the place is very clean.

I use this place every now and then but the drive through wait is WAY too long. Im in line now and have been here for 27 minutes. Good food, terrible drive thru. The line always blocks traffic flow in the parking lot, their rinky dink speaker on the wall barely works and it just takes FOREVER!

The drive thru was super long, but a great location just to run inside instead of waiting at drive thru. Inside is very spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly as well. I am visiting from Orlando, and my go to Bahama Mama tastes better here than at my home location. Lol

The staff they have there are TERRIBLE! Theyre rude, inconsiderate, and they definitely dont have customer service skills. They never have the soups available, and forget about them getting your order right. Ive learned my lesson, I will never go there again.

Be aware this area gets packed around lunchtime with limited parking so going through the drive thru is a good option if you have 15-20 mins to wait. If not, park a little further away and Order online ahead of time is the best way to do it.

This was our first time visiting this location and I was incredibly impressed by the customer service. The employees were so kind and friendly. Well visit this location again for sure. Also love that they have a drive thru.

These teens do not know how to make a smoothie. I order Peaches N Silk. And it was not silky. There was bits and pieces of ice and other fruit that are not apart of peaches n silk. Will not come back to this location.
