I went her for the first time tonight. Nobody greeted us for the first 5 minutes we were there. Then when someone did she was rude to us. The rude hostess, Erica, sat a table for people before us when they walked in 10 minutes after us. So when we seen that we got irritated. But then her friend came in and she immediately went and wiped a table off for her while we were still waiting to be seated 10 minutes later and took her to be seated. I am furious that this hostess was so rude to us. My very first experience here was very horrible all due to her. After about 12 minutes of waiting, we were finally seated by another young man named Alex who seen that we had been waiting for a long time. He apologized and hes the one who shared with me the hostesses name, Erica. - Our waitress Jessica, was very friendly and talked to us about the menu and answered our questions! I will definently be calling the restaurant to talk to a manager about this hostess and her poor customer service. I will most likely not be back here. 1 star from me only because of Alex and Jessica. Very upset about my first experience here.

I was not impressed with the new layout as a taller person over 6. The higher tables were very uncomfortable and ended up with my ankle hurting as a result. I typically in the past before the remodel didnt have any issues but the chairs are very hard to move on the now wood floors. I ordered a sandwich and an alcoholic drink which I asked to be brought out with my food. The waitress ended up not bringing the drink with the meal then told me that she would go get. I ended up finishing my meal when the waitress came back and told me again that she would go get my drink after I had already finished my meal so I told her I did not need the drink anymore. The place was barely occupied which surprised me. Overall very dissatisfied with the service compared to other restaurants in the area.

Nice people along with clean environment. Great sports selections on multiple tvs to choose from. Boneless wings are out of this world with many flavors of sauce to choose from. Gaming apps while waiting for food is a plus. Service was quick, only downfall was the draft selection on tap. Bottles of beer were a little pricy though. Fun and enjoyable dining experience over all though.

Usually go here on Thursdays during their 60 cent boneless wings day. From my experience the staff was professional and friendly, order came out around 10 minutes after ordering. Wings were covered in sauce and my choice of dip helped as well. Definitely a good place to take someone to and enjoy a sports game, or just enjoy one another.

The service was fine but the food was absolutely terrible. Everything is overpriced, overcooked and cold. My fried pickels where all stuck together and over cooked. My wings where so overcooked, dry, and cold that I could not finish them and I got sick later in the day. I am never going back to this bw3s

Service bad waiter telling coworker to f... off ordered boneless wing got regular with just hot sauce dump on .Order side of mac and cheese got big elbows with a little white sauce no cheese in mac and cheese buffalo chicken dry no taste never go back high price not worth it

Always a friendly staff. Bartenders are great. Quick food that is always hot. Try the rewards app. There are a lot of great offers. Even if you dont get food. You still get reward points for visiting. Also, there is a lot of tvs for sports events and there is a trivia night.

The wings are very good, however the monthly flavors range from awesome to disgusting. The sides are a bit pricey and the main dishes are less filling than you would hope for the price as well. The alcohol selection is a bit lacking vs other local locations.

No one to help at the front. Took over 15 mins to be seated, when we did get seated Manager did apologize for the wait and offered to give us a free appetizer. Bathrooms were pretty gross. No reason to go back to this location.

Ive been to BW3 in a few cities and it is always the same.. bit that os a good thing! Great food and great service. Prices are fair and there is always sports on the tv! My wife and I love the place!

Love this place!!! Go here all the time to watch games. Food is great, drinks are good and service and quick and good. Have only had bad service once here.
