Never again. First, the servers do not know how to serve and need to be trained or maybe just care. Second, my knife was filthy and so i asked the server (Nadia G.) for another set. She brought it after i asked a second time. My party and I started off with the stuffed mushrooms and calamari. The mushrooms nearly burnt our mouths from being intensely hot inside. I had the carbonara dish with shrimp and chicken and again my dish with speghetti was piping hot. Speghetti is never piping hot unless its nuked. The shrimp was very tight because it was nuked also. This took some of the taste away. It was not good. Besides that it was very overpriced. I asked our server how much because the description was not on the menu and she stated $16 and change. When I got the check it was $2 higher. My friend had eggplant parmigiana and he also said he could tell it was nuked. I ordered iced tea with my meal. The server told us we could pay by using the pay yourself option thats on the table but never came back to ask us if we wanted to do that option. After she brought our entrees she disappeared. Never asked me if I wanted a refill of tea or to give us our checks and left our dirty dishes on the table for 45 minutes until I asked someone else if the table could be cleared. We asked for the mgr and informed her of the blazing hot food and we knew it had been nuked and also why our dirty dishes were left in front of us. She apologized and comped us the entrees and kindly asked if we wanted dessert but we passed. When paying the check our server gave my friend about 75 cents too much and shorted me my 58 cent change. I think she was too lazy to want to count it out. I will never eat here again.

Arrived on a Saturday at 6:15 pm with a party of 6. Waited 40 minutes to be seated. Food and drinks ordered. A 3/4 full salad bowl and 6 bread sticks get served. Not enough salad was served to satisfy everyone. Every person takes a bread stick and all the bread is gone. Requested more bread and salad. The waitress returns in about 4 minutes to serve the table next to us with 2 bowls of salad and bread sticks. Waited another 5 minutes and still no bread or salad. Asked for a manager; explained the salad and bread situation and he quickly corrected it. I ordered the Seafood Portofino: Mussels, scallops, shrimp and mushroom with linguine in a garlic-butter wine sauce. I received a creamy alfredo sauce mixture with small pieces of mushroom mixed in the sauce. The sauce tasted like Campbells cream of mushroom soup and I could still taste the uncooked grainy white flour used to make the white sauce. I could not taste butter or garlic or any type of wine. The sauce was simply not what is advertised. Not wanting to disrupt dinner for the others in my party I finished eating and went back to the manager. I asked the manager how butter, garlic and wine becomes a white thick alfredo type sauce? He answered that he never really read the contents of the dish ordered, but after reading it from the menu, he stated that it was misleading. I was offered a gift card or to remove the cost of the dish from the bill. I thought I would give them a second chance and took a gift card.

This absolutely had to be the worst service I ever had. It all started at the door l. Not even a "Hello" or "Welcome to Olive Garden" it was exactly like this: Host: "How many?" Me: Hi. We have 2. Host: "Theres a wait" Me: *looking at more empty table than sat tables* "Ok..." Host: "Name!?" Me: "Chri..." Host: "Take this. Itll buzz when youre ready." Thanks. And should I just go ahead and fornicate myself too while Im at it? We get sat a couple minutes later. Our server is there shortly afterwards to get our drinks. 11 minutes later.....Drinks show up. No exaggerating. And they were wrong. Server naturally blamed the bartender. 8 minutes later, my girlfriend gets the right drink after the salad and breadsticks came out. Now came time for the refills on the Coke and water. Lost track of time, but still no beverages, dirty plates still on our table and now our dinners showed up. Food wasnt awful, it was quite good honestly, but I could care less at this point. Finally got the refills. After we paid, I spoke with one of the managers there and he was very apologetic and didnt try to cover for the server or the host. And I truly believe that he was sincere. But, having said that, there is no chance of us ever returning. That was just a little bit too much for us to overlook.

use your money to go somewhere else! It wasnt even a very busy day, but it took at least 30 minutes before they came out with our salad and breadsticks and my brothers beverage (a root beer). Our waiter came to the table right across from us multiple times during this time period, and didnt even acknowledge us. When we got his attention & said we hadnt gotten salad, breadsticks, or my brothers drink he was like "OMG they were supposed to bring that out!" And it took like another 10 minutes for them to bring it. The salad was fresh but had barely any dressing on it. & THERES MORE. My poor little sister told the waiter 3 TIMES that she wanted meatballs on her spaghetti, and didnt get any. Also, when we got refills (way too late, might I add), her water was disgusting- had a very murky look to it and a distinct nasty taste. I thought it tasted like lemon dish soap and she thought it tasted like chlorine. I kid you not. Also, on our bill we got charged for a peach tea.... All we got was 4 waters and a root beer! The entrees were alright but you can get something just as good for the same price with better service. -end rant-

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Came in at 945 and had to stand in the lobby for 10 mins while I waited on someone to come take my order and thats after I was told at 935 I couldnt place a phone order I ordered chicken scampi which from working in kitchens and having a culinary degree I know should not have taken more than 15-20 mins tops my order went in at 954 pm at 1025 I asked the young lady working takeout about my order status she never came back at 1030 she appeared with my order I ask the manager on duty for corporate number and she gives me the gm business card which does not have corporate number the container lids where not on my food so in transit my food spilled out all the sauce was at the bottom of my bag all in all my experience was horrible and I WILL NOT BE BACK my food was cold and I have two different types of noodles in my food

We arrived at the Olive Garden at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated within the time the greeters told us, however, we did not leave the restaurant until 6:45pm due to our service being so slow. We had other plans that we missed due to the slow service and food. I was quite disappointed with the lack of attention we received seated in the bar area as well as the fact that we bused our own table and a few in our row and placed the dirty dishes on a tray near our table. This tray also remained next to the table for our entire dinner. With how slow the service, I will not be back to the Warrensville Hts Olive garden location. If I was able to give this restaurant zero stars I would have but the review is not posted if zero stars are chosen.
