I have always loved this place. I hadnt been in a few years and was thinking about it recently. I live a half hour away and decided to stop by when I was in the area. I didnt remember how it worked with ordering because I hadnt been there in years so I asked for help. The lady and overall staff was so rude to me. She rolled her eyes and thought I was stupid for asking. I had a simple request and she was not polite at all. The food was good but your staff is so bad I refuse to go back because of it. Which is disappointing. I see that the other people who made a review had a good experience which is good but does not reflect my visit. Wont be going back anytime soon.

From the day I first began eating, I have never experienced rudeness of this level in my entire life. The two people working behind the counter were obviously counting down the hours until they get to leave, had no desire to welcome me or make me feel like I was guest, and made me and my girlfriend feel like we were a burden instead of customers. I loved the food, but will gladly drive out of my way to have Boston Market, as this location needs to go through a couple rounds of rehiring before I will step foot in that particular establishment again.

I was alone for the 1st holiday ever, Easter 2017, and since I loved the home cooked style and cornbread I thought that wud be a good lonely meal 4 me without my son. Unfortunately I drove 20 mins there an then 20 mins home to have moldy cornbread. And that taste ruins it all. What a terrible Easter dinner 4 the 1st time out on Easter. This location was my 1st job, and I know that then, this wud not have been tolerated.

Got the half chicken meals once from here and chicken was still pink, a little pink isnt bad but this was a bit more then half. Manager told me that the chicken was cooked and and that they didnt have a problem with the chicken all day. Point is customer hospitality.

The service here is top notch. The food is always fresh and hot. Its great for a quick comfort food meal when you dont want a formal dining experience. For being a meat-based menu, there is a meal of all sides and there are vegetarian options in that.

This is the first time I am not satisfied. I ordered the new baked chicken tenders, cold a d dry and only taste like pepper. The new potatoes yuck, so hard and dry.. I might go back but I will not try any new items. Very disappointing :(

Absolutely AWWFUL all the food was ICE cold.It all had way to much strong seasoning and the chicken was tough. I wouldnt ever tell ANYONE to go here even if it was the only place around it was a GODAWFUL meal to say the least.

The entrees are okay. The sides are amazing. The price is not. Unless you are specifically feeding a large family, I would seriously just recommend cooking.
