We ordered from there on two separate occasions, but our experiences werent anything to brag about. The food is okay enough, seasoned and such to be passable for the kind of cuisine. The customer service is pretty bad though. Possible language barrier aside, the delivery service staff are incredibly rude. When called, they forgot to take our payment information before hanging up on us, and when we call to fix their mistake to insure we pay them properly, they spent part of the call putting us on hold to yell at their own staff. When we finally get our stuff delivered, the order is wrong; and when we call to investigate the mishap they get really rude on the phone instead of apologizing for misinterpreting the order.

WORST chinese food ever!!! I got the chicken egg foo young dinner, which includes an egg roll and fried rice. The egg roll was burnt, the egg foo young was super thin with a lot of dried out grayish colored chicken, and the rice was cold and just not good, and to top it off everything was cooked in old grease. I only took about two bites the rest is made for trash. I will never go there again, please save yourself the trip and the money.

The customer service was great ...I personally didnt experience any rudeness ... However they couldnt provide me with 2 white rices so they gave me a regular fried rice at no extra charge for the inconvenience.. Which was nice of them... Handled everything very professionally compared to most places... And fast delivery time... No complaints

Very rude over the phone. Drenched food in soy sauce for some reason. They put actual orange peels in my orange chicken (which ruined the taste). Definitely not worth the price.
