My boyfriend and I have visited this location together twice now. The first time we went, we had a server who was very rude. She took a very long time to take our drink order, had another server bring them to us and take our order, and when we finally got our food, both plates had complications and the side items were cold. After I told the server about our problems, she decided to first go show her friend and talk about it and THEN show her manager. Despite our servers poor customer service, the GM was very empathetic and apologized for the problems and took care of our food immediately. We ended up not eating, but we went back today to give it a second chance. Evan, our server today, was very enthusiastic and she took very good care of us. The food was fantastic as always, and we had a much better experience.

Me and my coworker usually order here once a week or so, and we spend quite a bit of money. The food is amazing how ever the service is horrible. the host is usually friendly but once we get to the bartender to place our orders it always goes wrong. They are always rude and rushing us when we place orders. We had one of the employees (Trina I believe her name was) tell us " are you finished yet because I have people in front me " after every word we said her response was are you done yet? This is not the first time we received bad service. we always come back because the food is amazing but I dont think we will be coming back to this one. the drive to old Milton is way more worth it. a little training in Customer service would go a long way for your employees.

It was "okay"... The wait was about 20 minutes which was expected on a Sunday. The hostess was amusing so that made the wait a little better, but once we were inside the service ended... It took forever just to get our coffee and even then mine was full of coffee grounds and bitter. Not a good sign to start. Once we placed our order it took almost an hour to get our food and all I can say is that Ive had better at the IHOP and payed about half the price. Our waitress was not friendly at all and even less attentive. My boyfriend and I love dining at different local places but will probably not be back to this location.

Wife and I waiting in line for more than an hour. They text that was suppose to come never came but we check in every 15 mins but we kept noticing other couples being seated that came after us. Spoke with the receptionist and she flat out lied that at least 3 couples were there before us. We were standing there for about an hour and 15 mins never left the front door. I showed her my phone and the time we checked in. And she just walked away while finally seated us. I love another broken egg. BUT NOT THIS LOCATION

My wife and I love Another Broken Egg and have been to several different locations. This is our first time coming to this new Roswell location, and it was a five star experience. The food was fantastic as usual, but the service from Trina was absolutely something to write home about. She made the experience a fantastic one. She was so bright and cheerful, and went above and beyond just to make our day better. ABE has a true gem in Trina!

Waited for 35 minutes for a table. No problem. Waited 45 minutes for appetizer. Then food came and my omelette was so over cooked it was burnt. Disappointed to say the least.we have eaten at this franchise in other citys and had wonderful experiences. Would expect just a little better from this new location. Manager stepped up and took it off my bill but what I really would have liked was a better meal. And service.

Worst broken egg ever. Waited 20 minutes for a table, then waited 40 minutes for my food. When food arrived it looked as if it had been sitting for a while. As a server, you look at the food before it comes out, so you are directly responsible for bringing trash or a master piece to the table. Would NEVER go to this place again. Ever!

Will not be going back until all the kinks get worked out. Wait to get in was not too bad. 20 mjnutes at 1220. Waited just shy of an hour for our food. The service was awesome. The only saving grace of the meal. The food decent but not worth the premium they charge over similar brunch places.

Delicious! Great service (especially on a busy day such as Easter!). Our server was extremely responsive and helpful. Plus when there was a mix up she quickly resolved with a smile. The restaurant is great for kids with providing yogurt while you wait & balloon animals! I cant recommend enough.

We had a good server, and the food was decent. We had to wait for it for a really long time! Also ordered biscuits and gravy to go. When we got home we realised we were given about a tbsp of gravy. Paid a lot for a little! Not sure we will go back.

Delicious omelets and grits. I had the lobster omelet adding avocado with a peach Bellini. This location has a liquor license so you may enjoy bloody Marys, Bellinis and mimosas. Evan is friendly and attentive when seated at the bar.

Food is pretty good but the service and management couldnt be any worse. They cannot handle a moderate crowd as we spent nearly 3 1/2 hrs waiting for table and food. I would recommend saving your time and money by going elsewhere.

Biscuits and gravy were really good but the sausage patties were so spicy hot that my mouth started burning and I couldnt finish my meal. Wish I had been told they would be hot so I could have chosen mild instead.

Food is good, mimosas are yummy, I feel like the mimosa pitchers are a bit overpriced but still worth it. Service has been hit or miss, never bad, just not phenomenal. I definitely would return, though.

Little expensive for brunch. Also when I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich it was literally a chicken finger grilled on a huge bun. Pathetic for the price. Wont be returning.

Not too bad at all. Very tasty food but slow service both times I come here. Also a little overpriced for breakfast. Come on, eggs are dirt cheap how is a scramble $11+??

This is the second time have come to this location and the food was slow to come out both times. The staff was very friendly, but it does seem they are struggling a bit.

Definitely good food. Honestly believe they could/should reduce their prices. Eggs, bacon, 3 slices of french toast & a glass of orange juice for almost $15. Ouch!

Favorite spot for after service brunch. The staff and food are equally amazing. Always worth the wait. The Roswell location is by far my personal fav.

Weve been to their original location and the food here is just as good! A little disappointed they didnt have their cappuccinos at this location yet.

Excellent brunch spot, definitely get the quality for the price. Not afraid to spice dishes and drinks resulting in bold, but delicious dishes.
