Went there for a Sunday lunch. Loved the steak fajitas. They were cut small enough that my denture wearing parents were able to eat them without any issue. Great flavor. The decor is more "sports bar" with beer posters and they try to blend in a Mexican theme with it but it just makes it look like a Mexican sports bar to me. They might improve customer sales if they made up their mind what they are doing in there. I would dine in more if it were a more romantic theme, less TV. The service was great, very pleasant and FAST. Now the place wasnt crowded at that time 2 pm on a sunday but I was still impressed overall with the food and service. I probably will not dine in again, but I do plan to pick up some more of those steak fajitas for lunch every now and then. In fact, today! Prices for the steak fajitas for 2 was 20 bucks but....we got 4 servings out of it. So that brought the cost down to $5 a serving and at that price which is cheaper than fast food, I can live with. I really wish they had a website tho. It would be nice to see the menu and hours of business online. -Hyde, Powder Springs, GA 7/2/2010

I went today Sept 5, 2007 for the first time. I ordered chicken fahitas, $5.75 off the lunch menu, not bad, but when I recieved my order there was no lettuce, no salsa, no sour cream. That is not served on the lunch menu. They wanted $4.50 for lettuce and sour cream, and the green stuff guacamole, and a $1 more for extra tortias. To eat my fahitas I had to purchase. $5.50 worth of stuff. Stuff, that other resturants provide for free with the lunch meal. At this resturant lunch fahitas are really $11.25 add 1.50 for a coke, now $12.75 then tax and a $2 tip We are now over $15 for lunch Fahitas. too much money for lunch. I am very unhappy with how they charge $5.50 extra, for something that should come with the meal. The food is ok, but buy the time they "nickle and dime" you to death. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. This resturant is not a good value. I am very unhappy with their pricing policy. I will never go back, it is not a good value

My husband and I have either gone or ordered from this restaurant at least once or twice a week for almost 2 years now. Theyre right around the corner from us. We hope they never move because we love their food! The chicken soup is awesome and so is everything else! We have always had excellent service, couldnt be any more nice or polite. The cost is very reasonable. I will have to disagree with the person who says they change lots of money for extras. Ive never seen that. Service is always very prompt and the food always hot and yummy. The other day, my mother ordered extra lime and was brought out 6 large lime "halves" - no extra charge. Wed be heart-broken if they ever moved elsewhere!! I honestly cant say enough good things about this restaurant!

We eat there at least twice a month and have for past few years and not one time had a bad experience ,the menu has a large selection of Combos and special items The service is very good and the food comes fast The Beer is cold and there Margaritas R excellent The taste is always the same. Prices are reasonable. If you like this type of food you will like this place.

Mediocre Mexican Restaurant Got my appetizer cheese dip delivered with my entrée so pretty much negates using it. Chicken burrito was bland, cheese dip tasted cheap (not Land o Lakes brand) Beans were good. Not a terrible place but not coming back here either. Too many better options.

Viva Mexico offers very tasty, pretty standard Mexican restaurant food and fast service in a festive and relaxed atmosphere. The quantity of food you get is really good for the prices. I usually get a taco salad with shredded chicken and a chicken and mushroom quesadilla. Never disappoints!

Fantastic food and fantastic people running the place. We have been to quite a few Mexican restaurants in the Atlanta area and this one has come the closest to serving food that is great in variety but also true to its origins. I give this five stars without hesitation.

First of all, the chips and salsa are to die for. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but we were comfortable. I ordered chicken fajitas. They were so salty that I could not eat them. The beans were disgusting. I was not satisfied with the food at this restaurant.

My family and I either go or order take out from here about once a week and I have nothing bad to say about this place. The service is great, the chips and salsa are fantastic and the food is pretty good too. Perfect spot for a quick, cheap family dinner.

This place is a taco bell you sit down at. Food is terrible and overpriced. The only good thing about the drinks is that they have alcohol. Service is great, but if you want good food, go somewhere else. Youll really get better food at taco bell.

My son ordered an item for takeout. He did not check the order until he got home. I called and the person on the phone acted as if it were no big deal. I guess this is an every day occurrence. Disappointed to say the least.

I have been here many times and it was great. Recently it seems to have gone down hill. We went for dinner the other night and my husband and my sister ended up with food poisoning from the steak fajitas.

Great service and a friendly staff. The margaritas are cheap, delicious, and potent! The food is your typical American style "Mexican" food, but the prices are good and the waitstaff is excellent.

Good service and good food. But watch for asking for additional condiments as they WAY overcharge. Cost was half of a childs meal just to get sour cream and jalapenos on the side!
