Called for a delivery order on a Saturday night. I was quoted 60 min wait. Cold food arrived two hours later. Delivery girl was very nice and gave me 5 dollar credit out of her tips. I called to complain and the manager offered another 5 dollar credit. I explained My family and I waited 2 hours for $50 worth of cold food. I asked that she comp the meal or come pick it up. She then told me they could remake my food if I gave the delivery driver my old food which I accepted. 45 min later food arrived and we were disappointed because food was not up to normal standards. Generally wonderful food , but horrible customer service resolution when problems arise. There was a general air of contempt and distrust by whomever I spoke to on the phone. Suggest you only order during non peak hours and weekdays.

The food is delicious however I rated them in the above manner because of the false advertising. Basically I tried to place a delivery order because they advertise free delivery and no minimum order amount well when I called the young man said the sign that was illuminated and highlighted on their door and website is not true...that not only was a delivery charge but a minimum delivery fee as well. So I cancelled my original order and went to pick it up myself. The problem is not the fee but the falsehood which should not be tolerated by we the consumers.

Stopped into this place for the first time tonight expecting the usual Chinese fair. This place is far from the usual...its AMAZING!!!! It has the prices of any hole in the wall Chinese place but you will not find the over sauced over salty chewy drowned in sauce plates here. No its like 5 star restaurant good. Everything seems cooked fresh, light sauces, crispy fabulous batter, beautiful decor. Seriously the best Chinese I have ever eaten. I was stunned. I cannot recommend this amazing food enough. Try it. You will never go anywhere else again. Yummm.

SPECIAL NOTE: The shrimp fried rice is excellent!!! They deliver very quickly and their food is really good. If you like shrimp fried rice, you will be happily surprised that theirs is awesome. Their crab rangoons are also excellent and they have a coupon for free ones on the menu - request it! Try these folks out.. One of the better chinese delivery places around!!

The first time I ordered food from this restaurant I had to cancel the order because after two hours we had not received our food via delivery. The second time we placed a pick-up order. After bagging our order, the cook was at his station smoking a cigarette. That says it all. We will never order from there again.

I love this place! Authentic Chinese Food is very hard to find, but this place is awesome! Best Chinese food that I have had in a lonnnnggg time. Great food..fast delivery..and resonable prices! Although the workers are not very "chipper"... you should still check them out, your taste buds will not be disappointed :)

The rice was perfect. The sasame chicken WAS GOOD if not for the hard bone like substance in and around it. Cut my throat poked my gums and basically made up 75% of the chicken plate. So not enjoyable at all stick to the cheaper mall chinese food courts or Mr lous China garden etc not this place.

This spot has good food and large portions. The Mongolian beef is cut a little too thick for my liking but the tofu when ordered in Lo Mein is a really nice firm consistency. Finally have found tangerine chicken to be a really safe bet. All white meat chx is standard.

The rice is not all that great. I am from the north and it tasted water like. The portion isnt that large for the price either. Nor did they have pork egg rolls. The chicken egg rolls wasnt that great. Not bad but they were the o ly to deliver. Was fast delivery tho.

Person who took my phone order for delivery spoke perfect english (which is nice when you have special instructions). On a saturday night at 7:00pm, she said it would take an hour for delivery but only took about 20 mins. And the food was great!

I order from Long River all of the time they have a great menu of Chinese and Thai offerings. Delivery is always between 45 min to an hour but the quality has always been great. Recommend to anyone in Marietta looking for great delivery.

Its Quick and Good and close to the house! I love this Chinese food! Our family has tried shrimp fried rice (shrimp are great and big), pork fried rice and the special fried rice (beef, pork and shrimp comb). Its all great!

Instead of improving their service speed, theyve started cut off people "outside" of their ten mile radius. They must have invented their own miles because whichever roads youd take, it would still be well under 10 miles!

First off, I ordered General Tso chicken; why did my food have orange peelings in it. On top of the chicken being extra hard. Either they gave me some leftover food from the weekend or that mess was just overcooked.

Best Chinese food Ive ever had. I always get the hunan chicken with fried rice and its awesome. I always tell everyone about it if they are talking about Chinese food. I would definitely suggest eating here.
