Be sure to check your order!!! I have ordered many times and had many problems with this privately owned location, although they usually provide timely delivery with friendly delivery drivers. They always have watered down marinara sauce to the consistence of tomato soup, pizza may be missing ordered toppings, apple pies without cinnamon sugar topping, they do not honor all televised discounts and they do not carry Root Beer 2 liter bottles although if you order online you have the option to purchase.... Overall, much room for improvement...

Worst expirence , I didnt want to put a review but there customer service really sucks. I placed an order around 8:40 and its 9:58. They close at 10. I called about my order and apparently they had an incident that caused delays. So I asked if I could cancel my order and the lady said of course and just hung up. I tried calling again and they answered, it was quiet and they hung up again. So my boyfriend had to call ..... Dont even bother with this place, order carry out from a different location. Not worth your time

Havent ordered from here in a while and was looking forward to trying again. Based on reviews I put my order in hours in advance to make sure we would be set. Ordered a meat lovers medium thin crust and they deliver it with green peppers on top. I didnt order green peppers I am allergic to green peppers. I looked at my order again no green peppers on there. Now even after picking them off my whole pizza tastes like gp. Stick to Marcos you will pay a little more but the quality is muchhh better.

When living in Florida, Pizza Hut was a must for fast-food pizza. It was gooey, it was cheesy, and well priced. However, I feel now quality has diminished, and the pizzas have really showed more evidence than before of their frozen qualities. Yesterday I purchased a personal pan pizza, and when I bit into it, there was tons of grease. I expect the pizza to be a little greasy, but this was more than usual. That being said, this is a corporate issue that I hope can be attended to eventually.

Its sad what Pizza Hut has become. I called in a order for 2 deep dish pizzas that the claimed they had and even offered a discount using the medium pan pizzas. It took them a hour to deliver the pizzas, I live 5 minutes away and was given lukewarm medium pan pizzas. When I called their office, it took almost a half hour to reach a manager, who informed me that they dont even sell deep dish pizzas. Next time, Jets!!!!

2nd time in a row. I ordered some pizza at 9pm, and they told me it would be at my door at 950pm. Well its currently 1040pm. They are closed, Im $40 short, and Im hungry af. Now I gotta eat oatmeal and rice. I called costumer service 4 times, and they are no help. Honestly screw this place, and Im gonna be there in the morning waiting for money back.

We ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered in about an hour. Over an hour later no pizza. So, my husband called customer service and they told us they saw the location was 20 minutes behind. I wanted to talk to a manager and was either disconnected or it was always busy... This location is horrible

Always order from here great deals and food always fast and delicious. Love how you can customize your pizza online best option, but customer service does lack a little drivers are nice but people at front desk could be a little more caring.

The pizza was delivered and it appears that the pizza was dropped and I was not told about it. The crust is drenched wet and all of the toppings are in the box off of the crust! Gross! Will never order from Pizza Hut again!

The guy who delivered my pizza was very kind and on time. His name is Brandon and he was very sweet and helped me carry my pizza inside since I have kids and they were going crazy! I would recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone!
