DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! First when i called to place an order from my hotel the guy answering the phone asked me if their pizza hut flyer was in my room because there was a lot of people calling and by the tone of his voice it seemed like he was mad about having to come to this location. I just told him i didnt know and he said "What do you want??" Then he proceeds to tell me its going to be an hour for just wings? I was blown away but the other location wouldnt deliver to my hotel so now im waiting and exactly one hour later a guy shows up and talks to me about being slammed right away i could tell the wings didnt smell like bbq it smelled sort of like cayenne pepper or something really spicy NOT HONEY BBQ. So i was contemplating giving them back to the guy he started telling me o its just different locations have this and that bla bla bla. So i shut the door and started to eat. THIS WAS NOT BBQ! The wings were watery and runny with something NOT BBQ SAUCE dripping off them it litterally looks like someone took cayenne pepper, water, and honey mixed it up and poured it over wings. Needless to say i wont ever order food from there or any pizza hut ever again.

I like Pizza Hut, but seriously? This location is just absurd. I call and get a busy tone. So I call the other one and they tell me I have to order from this location. The Pizza Hut right down the road from this one does student discount, this one doesnt. Are you kidding me? You are freaken 2 minutes from each other. Also they are so slow for delivery. They are pretty much always late and they dont even send you any thing in the mail like dominoes does to keep your business. Obviously the manager at this location is a total moron and doesnt even know how to keep customers. It seems like no one likes them. Hopefully they fire that person and get someone better who knows about managing a pizza place. edit Oh and 10 tries later, still a busy tone, on the 11th try I finally get through to that generic greeting where you press buttons to talk to someone.

Would give zero stars if possible! The whole experience was horrible. It started when I was placing my order online, I got everything added to the cart and as I was adding the dessert it gave me a notification saying inactive and erased the whole cart so I had to start over. When I finally got everything added again and checked out it gave me a confirmation and said the delivery time would be almost a hour and a half! We instantly called to see if we could pick it up and they said yes it will be ready in 30. Go drive to pick it up, get there and they said the pizza was ready and then said $40. I said it was paid for, showed him the confirmation and it out of my account and he said that they voided it because we came to get it so we had to pay again. We ended up leaving without any food, wasted gas and $40 out of my account.

I was forced to give this location a star in order to leave a review. My food was cold my blue cheese i ordered did not come with the order so i called keep in mind i live directly behind this location i was told i didnt pay for blue cheese LIES i paid for 3 of them. She st at ed they would bring it out with next delivery. BS i explained how that was crap my food was cold and it was not only the 5th time they screwed up our order they are jerks. You dont call customer liars and you dont serve cold food and tell me it was because of delivery time when i live less than a block away this location should be shut down! Im going to go hear my fresh delivery in the ove now due to lazy no good franchise employees.

OK - most importantly the food is good (for fast food). Service varies a lot from day to day. Pick up is consistently 10-15 minutes however; delivery is a nightmare. The time for a delivery order is usually quoted between 1-2 hours. They seem to have trouble scheduling an adequate number of drivers. In two years Ive only used delivery twice because I was lucky enough to be quoted 40 minutes or so. If you want your pizza hot, and reasonably fast you should go get it yourself. If you want delivery, set your expectations low.

I called for a delivery and they said 50 minutes and so I waited that and some till over an hour and a half till I called back where they but me on hold for another 10 mins till I hung up and called back again where they told me that it wasnt deliverable because my number wasnt right even though I repeated it twice to the lady they say at the beginning that they record the call they should listen to the recording to realize the lady messed up instead of the customer.

Ordered one of the 20 buck boxes was good other then they didnt put the stuff on the crust like asked for but hey thats OK I delivered food I know what its like but then I open my Apple pies and see this glob of burnt broken pies not like they broke in the box like they where broken before cooking thats just not right just to save the manager bonuce ur gunna sell scraps that should be thrown away

They suck! Got a call after placing an online order that they were out of what Id ordered. Its Saturday evening, the weekend, how are you out? Obviously unequipped to get the job done right, and incapable of meeting the consumers needs! I mean, the weekend is prime pizza time, Ive been a pizza chef before! Guess I should expect this from a chain like Pizza Hut though.

Bad service!! So mad today oct 21, 2016 i placed a order at 6:51 and call at 8:30 and they said that the manager was going to call me, i had to drive at 9:00 pm and cancel my order!! They did not said anything just youre money will be in youre account in one day!! Hate this place!! I place i will never order from here,i was expecting al least to apologize

First time I ordered from this location our order was wrong and there was a gnat in our pizza. I called and spoke to the manager who really did not seem to have any sense of urgency of getting our order corrected and re-delivered. The second time, I was placed on hold for 9 minutes!!! So, needless to say I will not be ordering for this location again.

I have ordered online for pizza hut a variety of times and it has always been good til now. Why? Because my dessert the brownie with marshmellows was not done well and second there was a long piece of hair on my dessert! Seriously? Please let your cooks be way more cautious and on top of cooking desserts good. Thank You.

I ordered from this location for dinner and I only live 10 minutes away. The delivery was late by about an hour from the estimated time, the pizza came halfway cold and they didnt do anything but tell me it should be here soon when I called. Needless to say I will never order from here again.
