Karma cafe is the most unprofessionally run business I have been to. I waited for my drink, while the lady talked and verbalized multiple f-words. The staff was not friendly at all. The atmosphere is stale and uninspiring. The music is one terrible local pop hits station and is not appropriate cafe music. My girlfriend came in and met me to hang out...I was going to buy her a salad, but before I could, the owner came over and told her she could not hang out if she didnt buy anything. Terrible service and experience. Go to Mugswigs, Starbucks, Cultured Coffee Co. Panera, Or my favorite, Four Kids Coffee...JUST NOT KARMA CAFE. Youve been warned.

This used to be a favorite of mine, it is still nice to hang out, but there have been several nights where the manager or owner (dont know which) just decided to close the shop. When you post your times, people make plans to work within them, closing because you feel it is slow is unacceptable. We use to have a group of a dozen writers show up on Sundays, but when we went to have a pre-meeting there, they were closed again although it was during their open times on the door. I understand that there is new management and I hope that they address these issues.

Great coffee! I think this may be a privately owned, non chain outfit. So its great if you want to get away from Starbucks or Panera, and still get great coffee. The problem was the service. The woman who I believe might be the owner, is all by herself, which makes for long waits in line, if youre there at the "wrong" time. She needs to hire someone soon!

Been going here for months now. I used to be a Starbucks fan; I got tired of the "get them out the door" attitude at Starbucks, due to how busy they normally are. I found out about this Café close to where I work and its great! The coffee here is phenomenal, to the point that I would argue that its better than Starbucks. Truly a diamond in the rough!

Friendly staff, nice store and the chicken salad wrap was great. Just did not enjoy the coffees we got. The cappuccino was bitter and the coffee just didnt have a good taste to it. Will give it another try though

Ive had a meal and just coffee and neither were very good. Coffee tasted like sugar and the wrap had deli chicken instead of a chicken breast.
