The menu was different than the sort of common American pub fare that is the norm in the area, and the decore was visually interesting. (There wasnt a glowing beer sign or other hackneyed wall hanging to be seen.) The food queuing, ordering, and production time was swift but not alarmingly so. Like at Cosi---they produce your meal while you watch. The black bean soup was tasty and the peanut butter and jelly sandwich much appreciated by my son. My tomato, mozzarella panini was a little bland, but adequate.

The bakery associates greeted me with a nice tone! Pricey food but what really stood out was a short Asian child that serviced me my food was very hospitable, asked me about my day, greeted me with great manners and he made me feel welcomed to what now, is my favorite bakery! I would highly recommend this cafe to my business associates and friends for great service, and nice greets and eats.

Food is fine but somewhat pricey. My problem is the service. This location takes longer than the others to prepare food. They dont bring your food to the table as all others do. Twice they have waited on people before me although I was there first. The dont offer to serve the next in line. Last time I was here I left without ordering and went to chick fill a.

I LOVE Panera Bread .. That is not the problem. The problem is how horrible the customer service is at the Howe Ave location. They are always out of something its rediculous. If you live near there, id drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the stow panera. The staff at stow are amazing people.

For supposedly being a bakery, this place doesnt do a lot of baking. If I was any wiser, I would guess they dont bake anything and just heat up stuff that is delivered. The non-disclosure agreement I signed when I worked at a Panera in high school forbids be from confirming that.

They screw up my to go orders all the time. Many occasions I got salads from here only to find rotted lettuce in them. Once the lettuce was brown and when touched liquid came out. Used to go here a lot but not anymore its been awful lately.

They have the pick up shelf near the back door, so if you did an online order and go in the front, you wont see it. My (bagel) order was not ready on time and they did not slice them like I asked. They werent even busy. It was just bagels!

One of my favorite places to eat. Everything Ive ever had there has Benn good but my all time favorite go to is the pick two with a Bacon Turkey Bravo and broccoli cheese soup. They have the best breads and baked goods of any chain.

Visit often to avail self of WiFi, seat near the indoor fireplace, and good causal salads/soups/sandwiches. Busy at lunchtime - though sharing tables with other patrons can be an enjoyable experience!
