I like the outdoor seating and they have really clean bathrooms! Great coffee and a great place to meet with friends. I have used the driver thru here very rarely- there is normally an unbelievably long line. But its ok-walking is good for you

Very rude, grumpy baristas - with attitude. Make you feel like a burden for anything. Plus long lines that take forever & watered down iced coffee. I drive 15 minutes out of the way to go to Aurora or Twinsburg now, thats how bad it is.

Besides the outdoor seating, clean bathrooms and excellent service, the staff here is superb. The manager is insanely knowledgeable about coffee. The staff is friendly, efficient and hard working. This location is well run and it shows.

This place is constantly busy. I recommend going inside, since the the drive-thru is usually pretty long. Staff is very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The place is really clean and they keep everything well stocked.

The drive through line is really crazy a LOT of times. I have always had decent customer service here, and they always get the order right. No major complaints. We will return soon I am sure.
