We booked this venue for our sons first birthday because they had play areas to accommodate all ages from infant & up. 100$ reserved our spot. I was able to do this online, & with ease. From online you can manage your guests & whether their invite is sent electronically or you can print their invites. Invites had waivers attached to them to save the guest time checking in. Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff and they helped carry everything to the party room. Staff was friendly. Kids played for about 80 mins until staff announced over the PA system that the party room was ready. They set it up as promised. The room is on the smaller end. Our party was not even at the max capacity & it was snug. They allow outside food, i believe, but you have to pay like 500$. So we gave theirs a try. To be candid, the pizza was the worst that i have ever tasted. Some of the kids even mentioned that it was not good. It was also cold. The portions are tiny squares. The veggie dish was of smaller size for the price to pay to add on- it was not worth it, in my opinion. When i went to Café to get milk for the baby they didnt have any whole milk left. They ended up bringing some in a cup, free of charge. Im assuming it was milk used to make other coffee beverages is why. For us, i dont feel like 40 minutes was adequate amount of time to eat, do cake, open gifts & move out. I wasnt asked if my son was opening gifts there or at home until the party was in session. When i said he would be opening there suddenly It was rushed. I suggested to staff that perhaps, in the future, they allow the guest to maybe adjust play time for more room time. Given the option i would have liked to spend 20 mins less playing & in the party room 20 mins more. Especially considering that the kids bracelet is good for all day play after the party ends anyways. Earlier you get there the better. It was chaotic when we left around 230. There is only 1 set of doors for entrance / exit. So there is a lot going on up front. For the basic party package & an add-on veggie tray, we paid 388$ w tax included. While i can say that the kids had fun, we will explore other options for future parties.

Awesome place for the kids...I went at 12pm and super crowded (on weekday) and then 530pm in weekday and no one there which I like so we have run of the place :) lots to do for all ages...id say perfect for ages 1 to 7 or 8...older kids too the site says up to age 12 but I think younger children will enjoy best. There are snack options..healthy choices. ..and coffee and lattes etc for adults. They say smoothies coming soon since as of now just open few was. 12 bucks to get in was well worth to us..even the time my 3 or old stayed just 1 hr. Also great when kids are climbing and going thrust tunnels you can pretty much see them from the ground anywhere they are up high. I do wish they will soon come out w monthly or yearly passes or possibly after so many visits you get 1 free :). Oh and NO STROLLERS CAN COME INSIDE AND EVERYONE INCLUDING ADULTS HAVE TO BE NO SHOES BUT HAVE SOCKS ON (NO BARE FEET)...and you cant bring in your own food or drink :) well worth it though especially as its getting colder

My niece mentioned Play Day Cafe to me for us to take our sons but before we could go and "try" it out, I decided to go and have my sons 4th birthday party there solely based off of the website. This place was PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Very clean, the staff was superb with their customer service, and the owner personally introduced himself to me and made us all feel very welcome. My son and I will definitely be a regular at this establishment. Thank you Play Day Cafe!

This place is amazing , taking three kids was a break for me and my husband . So much for them to do everything spaced and age friendly . So many employee every where making sure play is safe for the kids . Food area love the staff ,Daysha t. And Dabrionne s. Amazing girls even though i took a while to order food for my kids they where very eduated on the food they served thank you for the experience.

As a mom when we take our kids place the most important things are clean, safe, and fun for everyone. Well done Play Cafe! Adults are able to sit and have an adult conversation while watching our kids have a great time! The cafe has excellent selections for anyones dietary needs. The bathrooms are immaculate with a separate mothers room ( Im assuming for breast feeding). We will be back!

Had my child birthday party here. Not worth it. Over price for the little time you have the room, they spring new rules on you thats not even in the pamphlet, and my concierge was clueless until it came time for her to be rude. Awesome play area that the kids really enjoy. The pizza wasnt good at all. I would bring my child here to play but I would never do another birthday party.

It was PACKED!!! I mean good for them, really. Its an awesome facility with great play areas for the kiddos. Ill never know how they keep it so clean with so many kids running around. Even with however many people were there (I cant remember the exact number, but the nice girl at the front desk said 100+) and my 2 and 3 year old still had a really fun time.

Amazing place to take your kids to burn off some energy. It is clean and well kept. The employees are well trained and informed. The menu is healthy and nutritious. Nate the owner is a very nice man and treats his customers and employees with respect. I cant say enough, it is just a great place. Thank you from all the local parents.

Love this place! I take the girls I nanny for every week. IMPORTANT : A huge issue is again, not enough staff. Older kids that are not being supervised by their parents are running up slides, sliding in between slides, climbing on purple foundation, rough housing in the toddler area. I would love a whistle :).

The children LOVE this place. & honestly as an Aunty so do I. Ive been to 2 birthday parties here. And the staff is very helpful with bringing out the food and drinks. And they also take all the gifts to your car for you! Wonderful place, wonderful staff.

Clean, fun, and safe place to bring your kids to play. Appears to be enough for all ages (baby thru 12 year olds). Lots of space for parents to sit, relax, chat, etc. Mini cafe with an almost coffee shop vibe. I would definitely recommend to others.

So much fun! The cost is cheap, parents are free. Snacks are perfectly priced. Its clean and the owner is always walking around making sure everyone is having a good time. I even saw him changing the diaper genie in the bathroom! Thats a dedicated owner!

Very enjoyable place for kids up to 12 years of age. Has many activities for kids to do. The price lets you stay all day with your children. The food is just a little over price but other than that its was a great experience .
