I have been a customer of this restaurant for over 11 years and by far think it is been the best Chinese restaurant in the area I have had an extremely bad experience with this restaurant instead of them telling they were unable to deliver due to being busy they told me that my card was declined and I was shocked so I tried another card she told me that card was declined and told me to call back and hung up on me quickly when I tried to call her back and explained myself she told me she was busy and hung up on me again . When I was finally able to get her to listen to me and explain to her how long that I have been supporting her business and thought it was the best Chinese restaurant by far all she could do was apologize instead of just telling me they were way too busy to deliver she lied to me and told me my cards were declined so needless to say I will never be going back to that restaurant again and this is a very true story so if anybody elses experience things like this. I encourage you to post about it because we should not be giving our money to businesses that dont appreciate it especially when Im a single mom and I work very hard and my children are hungry and I really didnt have the money to spend but I was doing it for them. as hard as it will be not to go there and get food I will stand my grounds about this one.

I placed an order for a single meal and got it delivered to my house 2 days ago so today I wanted to do the same and the guy said you have to spend $15 to $20 to get a delivery, so I asked is my meal that much or I have to spend that much because i did not understand what was going on then he hangs the phone up so I called back and asked if he hung up he said no you Dont order and hung up again now the thing is I was happy with the cold meal I had to rewarm the last time I ordered but after that I will never give these people my business again thats so rude and if someone acts this way to customers, and they are making your food while having a bad day I could only imagine what they would do to your meal if they are upset maybe spit in the meal drop some on the floor who knows, Im just assuming but I feel thats ignorant for them to do that and carless about customers hope this helps them lose business because they Dont deserve it.

I have been a customer for at least 15 years, might be closer to 18. I have always had good food from China House, no matter what I order. Even though I have not lived in the area for the past 8 years, I still travel there at least every couple on months to pick up great food at a decent price. Not a good place to eat-in, due to lack of seating & no air conditioning in hot months, but GREAT for take-out. I LOVE China House & hope they stay in business for another 15 years at least!

I didnt have any good experience with this company. Food- dry and taste is good for my dog. Delivery- guy unspoken, rude, and slow (1hr 15min. Delivered after ordering). Price way to high- I feed a family of 6 with what I constantly order with leftovers. I paid almost 60$ and barely fed me and my mom. Highly disappointed and since Im new to the area I hope that no-one eats here. I am extremely upset that all the reviews were good...

We are here about a year ago and the food was delicious. I ordered General Tsos, my wife got Sesame Chicken and Potstickers for the kids. We dont get Chinese takeout often, so we decided to eat there again last week. The quality wasnt what I remember. The meat-to-rice ratio for the combo leaned heavily toward rice. Some of the chicken was mushy and fried rice was burned. Well look for a new takeout place.

Was good but Found a Wire in my beef and broccoli, so unfortunately I will not be eating there again :( OK today a year later I try this place again and yet again disappointed, I ordered the same as last time beef and broccoli and fried rice and got a whole container of rice and like 5 small pieces of beef, rip off spend a little extra somewhere else and get your moneys worth

I called to order a lunch delivery a few weeks ago and the woman who took my order said "no you come pick it up". I said I needed it delivered and they had delivered to my address before and she said "fine, you pay cash". I happened to have cash that day otherwise I would have said no. We just called today and the woman who answered said "they dont do delivery". Worst customer service.

NOTHING. It took 1 1/2 hrs to get my food and Im only 10 minutes away. The food was very bland. I have never had shrimp fried rice with just rice, onion and shrimp. The sweet and sour chicken was soft and cake like not crispy and tasted as if it was cooked in old oil. I will not be ordering from there ever again.

If you like to be told one thing and have another happen then this is your place. Constantly told "it will be 20 minutes" and always take closer to 45 and with any luck you dont get delivery as you will wait over an hour and a half. If I were you, I would try DH WU as they have better food and you dont get lied to.

Had delivery from them for the first time. Hot food, decent prices, and the guy who delivered my food was very friendly. Sweet and sour chicken was good but definitely loved the sesame chicken. Will be buying from them again for sure; kids and I loved it.

this place is Awesome but these last two time my husband ordered the beef broccoli the meat tasted Tangy (spoiled) You cant go wrong even though he had two bad experience Its always Great for us The People are so very Nice I Love them :)

Had the egg foo young was really good . They have a couple of tables in the front of the restaurant for dining in which I did. It is a very busy place very very good food. Would highly recommend this place.

I second the vote for the Chicken & Broccoli... Vegetable LoMein another favorite of mine and my family! Great place, good value... wish they were open on Sundays! Happy I live just down the street.

This place is great! Best Chinese Food in Columbus! Not the place to go when you want sit and chill - but if you just want great food order here! The General Tsos is great and the Crab Rangoons rock!

Food was so-so. Egg rolls tasted frozen and there was not enough shrimp or pork in either of our dishes. Was overall a disappointment. Not sure what the raving reviews were all about.
