My brother had his credit card skimmed by an employee here once. We confronted the employee and the manager and called the police. That employee doesnt work there any longer. This is the only reason i didnt give it 2 stars. We have, on two separate occaisions, gotten served food with hair in it. We have been there and gotten dirty dishes to eat with, either food stuck in the coffee cups or food still stuck to the silverware. They dont inspect anything before giving it to the customer. So we started asking for our coffee in to go cups and for it to be on ice, but they always bring hot coffee and iced water because they dont listen to anything you ask. We really like Bob Evans breakfast because they have healthy options. We still go here and order food. But just have to remember that they are all dumbasses. The building and facilities are clean and the service, most of the time, is nice. People make mistakes and accidents happen and because of this I think the management needs to run a little tighter staff and eventually I will change my rating and post. We still go here frequently and there are good days, but when you pay $8.00 for a waffle with choice of breakfast meat and $2.00 for some coffee you would expect a lot better. In otherwords, fix you self Bob Evans of 6085 Gender Rd. I go to many other Bob Evans in the area and they are all acceptable.

First I want to say that the manager working this morning was very kind and welcoming and has excellent customer service skills. However, the cook sucked! Highly upset about the breakfast I just received. I asked for the potatoes crispy and the manager sent them back when she seen they werent so I waited for them to cook some more. When I got home the potatoes were raw and not even crispy at all. The sausage links were pink. The pancakes were dry but then they poured blueberry sauce on the top making the top layer soggy. Usually they put the blueberries in a separate container to avoid this. So disappointed I paid $20 for this terrible breakfast.

My husband and I stopped here on a Monday evening around dinner time. While the restaurant was slightly busy, we were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. The service was a bit slower than usual, but the food was worth the wait. Candied bacon, cinnamon apple brioche French toast, pumpkin coffee, steak and eggs.... All delicious. Servers were attentive and kind, also apologetic for the delay in delivering our food. We will always come here. The service makes the wait almost unnoticeable and if youre not in a rush, sit back and enjoy the coffee and conversation. This is not a fast food joint, after all.

My boyfriend and I love this place! We have been going several times a month for the last year and a half and weve only had one somewhat bad experience. And the manager took care of us on that occasion and he was incredible. The waitresses and the manager are always so nice and polite. Ive been to many Bob Evans and this is by far the best one ever. We will always go here over any other location. I highly recommend them! They make every experience worth it for us :) its very organized and efficient. Love love love this place.

After not eatting there for a few months I thought things would have shaped up so we gave it another try. I was wrong. There was a hair in my pit roast sandwich, the home fries were burnt (which the waitress did replace but didnt seem happy about,) it took FOREVER for us to get waited on (and they werent busy,) and the manager seen all of this as we were seated right by the hostess stand where he was hanging out. Maybe he should spend less time at the hostess stand and more time with his employees.

The service was not very good. Was told 20/25 minute wait. Turned in to longer . Then sat at a four person table. Serve took over 10 mins to bring drinks. Took 30 mins to receive food. And my egg was over cooked , my home fries were missing, and my side of bacon was not a full size.... And I didnt receive my Chocolate Milk. The waitress never refilled drinks or offered until we left !!!! The manager fixed all mistakes. But spilling of items and items fell to the floor because we were cramped.

This was a really good experience. The wait time wasnt long and the greeting staff were very polite. The aisles and booths were kept clean and the table was in a nice spot. Also, the food didnt take long either and was warm and everyone got what they ordered. Our waitress frequently checked on us with bread and refills and gave us excellent service. Im definitely coming back in the near future and you should definitely try it if you havent.

Have been going to this location for over 10 years and the food is usually ok, but the service is often poor. The workers often spend more time talking amongst themselves instead of paying attention or taking the initiative to complete work that needs to be done. I have seen upset customers many times at this location. Avoid this location if at all possible. I will br doing the same in the future.

I go for breakfast 3 days a week the ladies that wait on me or absolutely wonderful but there is a huge disconnect between the kitchen and their ability to get an order out properly on time and correct. Very frustrating when you sent there for 20 minutes three times in the past two weeks and the order comes out wrong or late got better things to do than sit at a counter and wait for the wrong order

I have eaten soup an salad here as early as 930am..today not as at 1030am its not available.guess the microwave doesnt work..the hottie guy. T next table miraculously has it lol....ok if i had said today im feeling my inner man would i have gotten sd soup an salad...lol whatever..go the extra mile ..you sure want me to tip 20 percent...not..

Ordered our food online. Was told it would be 15 mins. We left the house and got there fifteen mins later and they said it would be 10 more minutes. Weve been sitting here waiting for a total for 30 mins now and there was one person who ordered online and his ticket wasnt even seen. No apologies for the wait. Very poor service.

It is hit or miss with the location depending on the manager on duty. I have had exceptional service here where the food was fresh and came out quickly. Most recently, we waited over a half hour for food that looked like it was slopped on the plate. The table next to me waited 2 hours for their food (due to a lost ticket).

This location has really gone downhill the last 6 months. Used to be our staple every Saturday AND Sunday. Now they cant even get an order right, and carryout usually takes close to an hour. Today my food sat on the counter for 25 minutes waiting for an order of hashbrowns before it was ready. Ridiculous.

After placing order online and calling the store to let them know to take an item off that was mistakenly ordered, they never took it off. Once I picked up my order i was missing items and they didnt take off the extra item accidentally ordered after they said they would. Food was decent.
