This is the closest Taco Bell by my house so Ive been going here for years, but I finally gave up. There are many stories, but Ill give you the worst two; My brother and I went there for breakfast and they took my order, but when my brother came up right after me they said they were out. He said nevermind, hell just go somewhere else. Then a couple came in and ordered breakfast... and got their breakfast. My brother went up and asked them if he could have it too since he was first, and they said no theyre out. We were very polite and they just didnt care about losing customers. The final straw was when again, my brother and I went, they took his order, and then turned their backs on me. I was a little confused but waited anyway. My brother got his food and and I was standing at the counter with my card in hand, the employee made eye contact with me and said have a good day. I held up my card with a confused expression, and he turned and walked away again. Finally, after waiting twenty minutes, I called out that I was there. Still they took five minutes to get to the counter. It didnt matter, I had had it. Never went back there again.

This is the 3rd different taco bell and that has shorted me on my cinnamon delights!! Im sick of this!!! I dont understand do they have to go to the moon and back to make these things!! 3rd time!! That I go through the drive thru, pay 3.99 for the cinnamon delights and I get stiffed. Now I understand why ppl hold up the other customer behind them in the drive thru and take a minute to check their order. This is crap, if you dont feel like putting a little extra effort by taking an extra 2 minuets and popping something in the microwave (DOING YOUR JOB!!) Then lie to me and tell me your out of them!! Dont steal my money and stiff me!! Not cool!!

Felt very put out. I dont have very many options working nights and the employee on shift decided to close 45 min early, she refused to talk to me and all the lights were on. When I pulled up to the window she quickly tried to hide. When I pulled back to the other window she ran to the front. I then tried to talk to her through the speaker again. She called the cops and had them tell me to leave and that they were closes and they can close whenever they want. I dont think Ill ever return (on purpose anyhow). There seems to be little excuse for such poor customer service..

Absolutely terrible. The meat looked and tasted really bad. This is one of those Taco Bells that pre make tacos, and will serve them to you 15-20 min old, maybe longer. I am so tired of paying my hard earned money and recieving prison grade slop. I promise I will never eat at this Taco Bell again. I strongly recommend that you go to any other one. Words cannot describe how mad I am. Honestly, the people that make the food at this location should be ashamed of themselves.

The service was slow food tastes bad and no flavor what so ever and the pepsi tastes horrible. And not one person asked me what kind of sauce I wanted. The girl who took my order kept asking me over and over again up to four times what my order was it was pathetic. I and my friends are never goin there again. Oh and two guys were painting the menu and blocking it so I couldnt see, that should be done@ night or on the slowest day

Ate here the other day, during lunch, food was good and service was good. Tonight at 815 they have no beef. And the the service sucked worse than visiting the inlaws. Boy at counter was so worried about what the other employs was doing that he couldnt pay attention to me while i was trying to order my food with NO BEEF. HOW DOES TACO BELL RUN OUT OF BEEF.

I ordered two soft tacos and a crunch wrap. I recently heard a rumor from a Taco Bell employee that some taco bells did not follow proper health codes and choose to water down their meat. After biting into each of the items I purchased, I knew. This Taco Bell waters down their meat instead of replacing the old meat with fresh meat. Disgusting.

Ordered a crunch wrap and it had very little meat. I called and the manager was very polite and offered a free meal on the house. Quite pleasant customer service. I wasnt even charged for a second drink that they didnt have to.

Waited 20 minutes in line to go through the drive thru, then they spill ice cold water all over me, and when I got home 5 minutes later my tacos were cold. Awful experience, probably my worst experience with any "fast food" chain.

Slowest place in my life. Im from Detroit, so moving out here to Clinton Township I expect better. Just because of Detroits reputation. They always lie saying theyre short on staff. Theyre shower than White Castle!
