We where in the mood for something different for lunch and decided to try Panera. I personally had never eaten at a Panera before so I wasnt sure what to expect. I told the young lady taking my order that it was my first time at Panera. Even though we showed up at the lunch rush, she took the time to explain what was what, she gave me a few suggestions and told me what her favorite meal on the menu was(which is what I ended up ordering, a chicken and avocado salad!!) Well I have to say Ive been back to Panera many times, trying different things just about each time. The food is just amazing! Its so fresh and flavorful AND so much healthier than the fried greasy stuff Id normally grab. It doesnt hurt that the food is so great but that that young lady took two minutes to walk me through your menu made it so more "user friendly". Having great food is one thing but having great employees is just as important!!

Food is a 5 though I dont understand half the weird spreads they use that ruin the sandwich, price? ONE. $18.93 for a turkey sandwich, chili (Not a fan. This is why normal people dont use turkey in their chilis. Or Lima beans. Or corn. Or carrots?!) and a unsweet tea is the definition of insane. On top of the tolls. You got us bent over here OHIO.

All microwaved stuff. Ordered a frontega checken panini. The base of the bread and chesse was stuck to the small paper base. The chicken was almost spilling outside of thesandwich. Guess i remembered why i hate panera bread. Again.
