My wife & I had a couple of less than desirable experiences at your Chestnut Ridge location. When we confronted the store manager (Kelsey) about the problems,she did not hesitate to make things right. Kelsey is a real asset to your company & Panera Bread should be proud to have a manager of her caliber! Thankyou Kelsey!! P.S.I hope I didnt butcher your name.

My order was completely wrong and I ordered an iced coffee and got milk with flavored syrup. For the prices that are charged the portions are small and I got nothing I asked for. Never will eat there again.

Unfortunately I have been here 6 times and of the 6, 3 times the order was incorrect including today. I live about as close to the one on Lorain Road so I go there more often. They never mess my order up.

Good place for a lunch meeting but I dont imagine myself getting a lot of work done here. Very busy. Responsive staff, drive thru pick up is convenient.
