Im from Texas, and Sonic is hallowed in Texas. Next to Whataburger, its THE fast food destination for Texans. Ive lived in WS for 8 years, and the Sonic on Silas Creek Pkwy is closest to me. It has progressively gotten unacceptable in service and food prep quality. Sure, the person taking the order usually seems friendly enough, but thats where the positivity ends. And why are the stalls closed at 8:45 on Saturday night? Drove past the windows and all the employees were inside dancing and partying it up. When it took close to 5 minutes before one of them finally decided to tell us to go through the drive thru. So we went through the drive thru, and waited....and waited....and waited. Finally got fed up and left.

I have low standards when Im looking to swap some health points for greasy Americana fare, but at least other fast food places get my order right. If you order a small anything you will get an extra-large and be charged for it. Thought it was a one-time error but realizing multiple times after Id pulled out of the place that this occurred, Im thinking a greedy manager is pushing bad service. Either that or the small is large and whatever the large is wouldnt fit in my car and would give an elephant diabetes. PBs is just down the road and they can get your order right.

Im from Chicago and we live up to our deep dish pizza and our Chicago style hot dogs , and a lot of places claim to have it the right style but ALQAYS fails. today I ordered the #6 Chicago style hot dog , and I was so impressed! the way it was made was correct with onion, green relish ,peppers , mustard and two tomatoes NO KETCHUP! and it was made so well presented well. thank you for representing Chicago style hot dogs and presented them how they are truly made! when Im missing back homes cooking ill def be stopping here for the comfort .

racist people rude as hell.I ordered on 9-4-15 around 4 3milkshakes.I really wanted. the new candy slusshies.the lady at drive thru. said the machine was down. ok cool no problem so I order 3 milkshakes ok no problem order was 10 and change when I get to the window some other lady looks at me at the window rude as hell and said our milkshake machine is also down.I had to cancel my order.the woman there shut the drive thru window on my face.I will never go there again.Im a hispanic mother.they were African Americans.and very racist

Dont waste your time with this location. I asked for bacon to be added to my sandwich but it wasnt so sent it back to just add bacon. They gave me a totally different sandwich. What was so difficult about just adding bacon? On top of that, they got my slushy wrong. Asked for lemonade with strawberries and got no strawberries. Asked for a grape slushy and got no slush. When getting the items fixed, I asked for the manager but he acted like he was too busy to see to my needs. I will never visit this location again.

The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because Wilbert, our waiter, was super friendly. We just left and we will not be returning to this location. My onion rings and popcorn chicken were doughy and raw, I couldnt stomach to eat them. Also when I went into the bathroom to wash my hands, a sonic employee was in the bathroom standing in front of the mirror. I said whoops sorry even though SHE was the one that didnt lock the door. She just stared at me in disgust as the door shut, didnt say a word. So rude!

Place was crowded today as its national hot dog day. $1 hoy dogs. Otherwise I loved the ambiance. Love the new remodel. Didnt even know after going there many times that they had the eat in part now after remodel. Service was excellent however and food was up to par. Just wished they had better staffed for such a big day. My heart went out to the few working who were handling orders and customer service with precision and tact. Hats off to them at the silas creek location.

My Husband & I love to stop by since Sonic always has something that will fill your craving. The whole drive up or eat outside makes a cute date and the hours stay open so late too. Steven is a great Manager! We got to really talk with Him about everything. The food is always hot and fresh. Whenever we get Rose as a skater/server she has a great attitude and energy. When we stopped by for Christmas she was even all smiles then. Looking forward to our next visit :)

I am officially done with this sonic. I go to school across the street and frequently go to sonic to grab a drink or snack. I dont know what is so hard about getting a corn dog and a large strawberry lemonade but apparently it is too difficult. But I guess when you hire people who dont care about their job or others that is the type of service and outcome one will receive. Save yourself the trouble and go the extra mile to cookout for better food and employees.

Website said they were open until 12 and I went through the drive thru at 11:20 to be told they were closed. All the lights were on and the sign was lit up. The lady acted like I bothered her for pulling up. Just trying to get some food for a hunger teenager after the football game. Sorry the lady had to work. It must be nice to close whenever you feel like it and not go by posted hours.

I was interested to see so many bad reviews of this location. This was my first time at this location since the one on university suddenly closed. The university location was horrible every time. Very slow and got orders wrong all the time. The Silas Creek location was great. Food was fres and, really fast. This is probably the best Sonic Ive ever been to.

Food was okay. I mean, its still Sonic fast food. What shocked me was the indoor seating and how nice it was. Real flowers in the vases, tvs on the walls, ect. Even the outdoor seating was nice; its covered and has fans and solid tables instead of those blue ones with the holes. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The inside of this Sonic is incredibly nice. I was amazed. It also has the classic drive-in experience. I was amazed that all of the employees were capable of wearing roller skates without dying. The food was fine. Nothing was wrong with it. It just tasted like Sonic food.

Sonic is the slowest restaurant ever!! It took 20 minutes for them to give me my order of a six inch hot dog and French fries. There was only 2 other people in front of me. 20 minutes for a decently good hot dog. Step it up Sonic!

Reason why im giving it 3 stars because the waiting when I Was younger my dad took me here and we were waiting 11 mins and my dad said to me should we just go somewere else and i said yes and we tooked off. So the waiting Is Dumb

Having had bad experiences at many other Sonics, this location is a welcome relief. Tara is so nice and helpful, even recommending the onion rings which have quickly become my favorite. We will definitely be going back.
