I like Five Guys burgers - I really do, but today I had a bad experience at this specific restaurant that I think deserve to be mentioned. My husbands burger and mine were wrong. He decided to eat his any way because he was hungry. They got mine absolutely wrong three times - sounds like a joke. 3X! On the third time I just ate the darn burger (at least without the bbq sauce), but how can you screw up an order three times? Its on the ticket you get at the counter - cmon. And every time I was nice about it, but asked for the right burger pointing out each ingredient, and the third time around they dont get it right. I understand the place was packed, but there is really no excuse. I saw another woman complaining about something, too, so I am sure there is someone there who really needs some extra training.

Personally, I prefer my burger cooked to my specifications, which you cant get done here...but if you dont mind eating yours well done, which is the only option given, the food isnt half bad. Prices are reasonable & the toppings are always fresh. The fries however were a big disappointment, especially since my friends were raving about them being so great. Definitely not what I would call good fries, too soggy & just arent as fresh as the rest of the food there. My step-son however loves this place so we keep going back, but if anyone finds a location w/good fries, please let me know!

Im so disappointed... that I took so long to try 5 Guys. This place is awesome! Great burgers and fantastic fries! I throughly enjoyed the Bacon Cheese burger and the "little" burgers were a good size for my kids (age 6 & 8). 1 Large fry was big enough to share between 2 adults and 2 kids. Free unlimited peanuts are a nice bonus Very friendly staff and they seem to do a good job keeping the restaurant clean, despite the peanuts.

I love Five Guys because this location is always clean and the staff are wonderful and friendly. These are the burgers and fries that I grew up with back in the 60s. They are "real burgers" that you can never get at most of the fast food places now. You need to come to this place hungry because when you leave, you will feel full and happy. Great place. Great food!

They ALWAYS mess up the order at this location. Last time they left a beef patty off my husbands double cheeseburger and today they added a patty and extra cheese to my bunless hamburger. We get it to go and end up all the way home before finding out. I HATE this location! The employees are the worst!

If you are looking for a good and filling greasy delicious hearty Burger, this is the place to go. You can add all sort of toppings. Peanuts are free and you can also order before you arrive via their app. If you order fries, they wont make your fries until you arrive so they remain fresh.

Good food but understaffed. I have been to a few different locations but the 3 times I have been at this location it seems like they are understaffed...Which is sad because the 3 people working were hustling to get orders out but it took 35 minutes to get my order.

The food was not so great. The prices outrageous. 2 burgers 1 fry 2 drinks = 23.00. We sat outside and they had this loud gangster type music on using the f word and talking about sex and bad referenes toward women. It was discusting

Stopped in while traveling. The building was hot and stuffy, they also has music way to loud (this is burger fast food not the club) They never down down music. My fast food became take out. I will not go back

Everything is dirty and sticky. Soda machine is out on half the flavors. I think they keep the air on 78... the burgers were great though.
